The hotel location is good, only 3 minutes distance from walking street & 10 mint walking distance from sea beach.Have a nice city view from room balcony. Also have some sea view rooms.Hotel was clean. Only provide towel, bath gel & shampoo, no hand wash, brush, paste, or other amenities.AC cools the room well, but NO LOCK IN WASHROOM GATE, u can close it, but can't lock it. Have lift.Receptionist was cooperative. Sometimes talks loudly to make u understand their language in English, but they doesn't mean to be rude. So, don't worry.They have lack of manpower for room management.Overall experience was good as compared to price. Value for money indeed. My personal overall rating 7.5/10

It’s unprofessional behaviour. I arrived at Pattaya around 8 am and called the hotel to check possibility of early checkin. They confirmed that I can checkin 1 hour early at 1:00 pm instead of 2:00. I waited for 5 hours at beach and arrived at hotel and they made me wait for another 1 hour which is completely unreliable and unacceptable.

The rooms are very clean. The male employee wears glasses and takes great care of the customers. Providing very good service, the hotel has complete facilities. There is a wide variety of food next to the hotel to choose from. The price is easy on the wallet. Anyone looking for a place to stay, I recommend it. You won't be disappointed.

The male employees on the night shift are polite. The hotel is easy to find, minibuses pass by all the time. The room is clean, like in the picture. The only slight complaint is that the rooms are not soundproof.

Normal hotel ... Old building need renovation.. room cleaning not ok .. staff not change bedsheet & give you dirty smale towels.. morning front desk worker not good his voice loud to much ... Other staff are decent... Bathroom very small ... Emergency light are not working tea kettle lid broken... Pillow too large ... At night sea view room not comfortable to sleep loud music noice come from outside..location good ... This hotel don't have any security anyone can go upstairs.. one 1 star

I stay here 4 times .. hotal ok.. if you want rest only ….. staff not helpful & ...early check in not available … you can’t choose see view or city view room … traffic or late night music noice make hard to sleep…many times booking price too high … last 2 times no security deposit but this time deposit 1000 THB … Now policy change… near many hotels don’t demand for security deposit… & when you check out you get refund… here you can book taxi but price very high … this hotel not provid you any toothpaste, brush, sleepers or gown … Please don’t make any damage like bed sheets or glass … damage cost is very very high … hotel management give you discount but it’s not enough… bathroom very small not ok if you are tall or heavy… if want new bed sheets you have to stay with cleaning staff …otherwise they not change… pillows are too big … hard and soft pillows… not helpful for sleep… inside room you have study lamp … hair dryer or tea celtel are useless freez ok … Overall 1 star
