Amazing 👍Perfect location. Just a few minutes walk everywhere.The room is spacious, has a washlet, bathtub, and many Japanese channels. Of course, clean.And a large public bath (small) and a sauna.There's nothing to say about breakfast.Breakfast seems to be an extra charge of 300 yen.

Typical Japanese room style, no coffee set in the room. Big room and comfort bed, but check out time is 11am, which is too early for guests who were out at night and checked in late. Breakfast was ok, served by set not buffet and not wow compared to the price.However, it is located just next to the nightlife area by 1 minute walking.

After over years of traveling, this has undoubtedly been “the worst experience” I have ever had. The level of service and the conditions I encountered were entirely unacceptable, and I feel compelled to share the following major issues:1. The room had an overpowering, unpleasant odor and was visibly dirty. To make matters worse, the hallway was equally neglected, with no signs of being cleaned or mopped. This lack of basic hygiene is shocking and created a highly uncomfortable environment.2. Despite booking with breakfast included, I was told that there was a discrepancy between the confirmation code I received and what the hotel had on file. I had to deal with this confusion first thing in the morning, which completely ruined the start of my day. This disorganization is absolutely unacceptable.Moreover, the restaurant and dining area were dirty and unhygienic, which made it difficult to enjoy my meal. The cleanliness of these spaces left me concerned about the overall standards of hotel.To make matters worse, the quality of the breakfast was atrocious. The food was worse than low-priced street food, and it was far below the standard one would expect from any hotel. This was unacceptable given the rate I paid for my stay.3. The front desk staff were untrained and unable to resolve the booking issue regarding breakfast. Their lack of knowledge and professionalism only compounded my frustration, making the situation even worse.4. On top of all these issues, the noise in the surrounding area was unbearable. I could hardly sleep due to the constant disturbances. A restful stay is a basic expectation, and this experience fell far short of that.This is not the standard I expect when booking any hotel, and I am left with a lasting negative impression.——-After several years of traveling, this experience was definitely the worst. The level of service and the situation we encountered were completely unacceptable and we have no choice but to share the following serious issues.1. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor and was visibly dirty. To make matters worse, the hallways were similarly unkempt, with no signs of cleaning or mopping. Even though I booked breakfast included, I was told that there was a discrepancy between the hotel's records and the confirmation code I received. The food was below cheap street food and nowhere near the standard you would expect from any hotel. Considering the price I paid, this kind of quality is unacceptable.3. Front desk staff were not trained and were unable to resolve breakfast reservation issues. Their lack of knowledge and professionalism added to my frustration and made the situation even worse.4. In addition to these problems, the ambient noise was unbearable. I could hardly sleep due to the constant noise. A good night's sleep is a basic expectation, but this stay greatly exceeded that expectation.I do not expect such standards from booking a hotel like this and am left with a very negative impression.

The room is spacious and clean, but the towels should be improved. They are very frayed. The disadvantage of the school is that it is next to a pub that plays loud music. Can't sleep. When booking, forgot to read the reviews. Probably only stayed once.

Couldn't sleep at all, came to stay to rest. Sleep like you're in a store and entertainment place all the time. The noise was so loud I couldn't sleep. The staff spoke curtly like friends playing. (Employees who take orders for soft drinks Or the website asks for plates and spoons. Asking about things like that is very curt. Overall, we definitely won't come back to use the service.
