Whoever books that has lost. The “deluxe suite” was full of dirt. Bathroom catastrophic, bed linen dirty, as if they had been dragged through the gutter! The staff should go into training. We checked out again 10 minutes after checking in and moved to a reasonable and clean hotel. Any tour operator or travel agent that offers this hotel should be avoided! This hotel deserves the Nobel Prize in photoshpping! HANDS OFF!!!

The room is suitable for the price, the air conditioner is cool, just the water flows slowly, the television is not clear. The housekeeper still hasn't finished cleaning. We ordered the room to be cleaned. Before leaving the room, we left a piece of hair behind. When I came back, I was still in the same place 🤣😭

This was the worst accommodation I have ever been to. Room without window, air conditioning could not be adjusted. The towel in the bathroom was full of stains and the promised WiFi was a disaster. Never again. I do not recommend

Sauna tour notes.The site is quite small.The dry sauna is about 90 degrees Celsius. The room is relatively small.The steam sauna is slimy and has almost no scent (isn't it herbal in the first place?).When I tried taking a cold bath, it was almost 20 degrees Celsius and seemed to be slippery. The water quality is also poor.

It was a pretty big place to stay in.. it was not really family friendly place to stay in and we encountered a lot of insects up there like cockroaches and scorpions too and the breakfast was not as good as it should have been, just because it was very near to kfc and makro (department store) we got dinner there .it was well near to a lot of tourist place .. it had a lot of pros and cons . It is only up to us to choose this resort…

Perfect place. The equipment produces intense heat in both steam rooms. The pool is nice. The staff is polite. There is a bar, there is a stop, the place is quiet. Clean and simple. Great 👍🏻

Poor service staff Can't solve immediate problems You have to let customers walk around. Almost solved the problem myself. The room is old, not clean, there are dead insects all over the room. Stayed in rooms 101 and 606.Starting from getting room 605 and the air conditioner wasn't cool. But it took a long time for the staff to solve the problem. When I moved to room 101 in the morning, I came to eat breakfast. The employee said there was no room name on the list. Walk to the lobby to follow. Very poor coordination

The room was nice but the restaurant wasn't open for lunch or dinner and the place is in the middle of nowhere.Thankfully we had food panda and grab with out these we would of struggled. The spa is only included in the room price for 1 person even though there was two of us on the booking. Disappoint to be charged when we were staying there. You can't even get a pool towel unless you pay to use the spa. Also none of the jacuzzi jets worked. They only take cash even for room payment which is frustrating.Sockets next to the bed didn't work. Aircon was nice and cold.
