If you need a budget hotel for sleeping or resting purposes only that is nearby to the beach and across the street from the bar, this is the one for you. Otherwise, keep your expectations low and you’ll be fine. Not saying it’s a bad one, but it could be improved. The room interior reminds me of a classic 80’s hotel. Not my kind of vibe but it may suit others well. On the pros side, the room and the pool, despite its old age, is sufficiently clean.

The room is not good at all. The staff are not okay at all.Lost wallet in hotel Can't ask to see the camera. shirk responsibility Couldn't find it in the room. It took me an hour to find it. The housekeeper said she couldn't find it. I asked to go look at the room three times. The housekeeper kept saying that she had found the bed even though she had already looked for it twice. The employees were not honest at all. That's enough. I'd like you to consider it a bit. Many people are not okay with the comments 😮💨😮💨😮💨

Let me start with the best thing about the hotel/room, the location is great. Litteraly in the centre which is great and very convenient. However this also means that if you feel like going to bed early you won’t be able to, because the doors are hardly soundproof. Also if you’re a young fit guy that’s not looking for anything, walking along the night bars can be funny or weird, but that’s for the entirety of the city.

The air conditioning makes no noise and works only half way. The bathroom sink is clogged. I receive all wifi except the one in my room.

Hotel located 300m from the beach on the Pattaya Beach side at the corner of lovely corner. The street leading from the beach to the hotel is lined with very lively bars. If you are looking for entertainment all night long, this is the night owls' dream place. For people who want a little more calm, ask for a room that does not overlook the shopping street. With a little luck you will even have a view of the sea, as was my case. The hotel is equipped with a very uncrowded swimming pool located on the 3rd floor. The staff at reception are very helpful. For example I needed to print documents or obtain a TM30 form, this was done. Or change rooms for my 2nd week to have a quieter one. It was effective. The maintenance staff comes every day to clean your room, change your bed and bath linens. Room equipped with TV and fridge, balcony. The value for money is good. July is rather off season the hotel is half full to see in high season

Do not trust the comments on comparators and others...In the description of the room and as "comfort" he talks about a very practical kettle in the morning for tea or coffee.. when you don't want to go out..Only arrived on site no kettle in the room you have to go down to the hall to drink a "filthy" coffee. Not even a safe either it says 3 🌟The hotel needs a good facelift, everything is old, even the TV 📺 It’s been 40 years since I last saw a katodic tube TV 🤣😂😉

Sliding door was broken on arrival. tried to charge me 600bht for a 1cm stain on sheet. Could have bought 5 more for that price. No safe in rooms. Pool water was like a warm bath. Room key could have been grabbed by anyone at any time as they just have a box on counter and do not check to make sure it is yours. Very old and run down. No wifi. Old tv. DO NOT book here unless you are desperate.

Comfortable room in a great location for food, bars and convenience stores. Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. The bed was good. And there is a small balcony. The front desk staff was very nice. The housekeeping staff brought us bottled waters. We had the do not disturb sign out so they left the waters in a bag and hung it from the outer doorknob. That's service. Good value even during Songkran. Would stay here again.

I understand that over bookings occur, but I would expect some help in finding another hotel. The fact that I was there for 20 mins awaiting my refund from Agoda, and a further *TEN* people came in with paid and confirmed bookings and were told 'Sorry, we're full - come back tomorrow, we have rooms then', tells me this is a regular occurrence and surely is near fraudulent.For peace of mind, avoid at all costs...

The room is full, they refuse to close the online booking system, wasting time, feeling bad. The management system is very bad. The problem solver just blamed it on the owner's fault for not shutting down the booking system. without any help Had to call to cancel the reservation from Agoda myself. no more Eastiny ! Bad service, Bad solution and the hotel looks haunted !
