Hands down the worst hotel experience of my life. Where do I even begin?First off, the place was a pigsty – dirty floors, filthy bathrooms, and a stench so vile I thought I might lose my lunch. The shower was a hazard – more likely to electrocute you than cleanse you.And don't get me started on the aircon – not only did it fail to cool the room, but it also had a charming habit of spitting water at you.As for the bedding, let's just say I've seen cleaner dumpsters. Mold on the headboard, stains on the sheets – it was a germaphobe's nightmare.Oh, and good luck finding a towel or tissue – they must be luxury items here. The refrigerator? I wouldn't store a rotten banana in it, let alone food. And the elevator? Don't bother – it's a stained, creaky death trap that won't even take you to the top floor. The ceiling, riddled with holes big enough to house a menagerie of unwanted guests – snakes, roaches, rats, you name it.Needless to say, I didn't feel safe or comfortable for a second. My friend and I made a midnight escape to a new hotel, desperate for a clean bed and some peace of mind. Avoid this place like the plague – unless, of course, you're into that sort of thing.

Staff rude, unhelpful and didn't let us check in despite booking, had 3 rooms, the 1st at 12, the 2nd at 2 pm and the 3rd at 6pm because we couldn't decide which of the children was leaving the room, the rooms stink and the owners are constantly drunk and just pulling my nose, it's just sad and disgusting that something like that exists

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I would never recommend this place. Here are a few reasons.1. Place is very dirty and smells of mold. I did not even see housekeeping in the 24 hours I stayed there. It was supposed to be 48 hours. But I left.2. Aircon does not work. Only blows air. The room temperature was hotter than the outside temperature of 35* C or 95* F.3. Refrigerator leaked water and almost caused me to slip on the wet floor.4. No towels or toilet paper. I asked the front desk clerk personally to bring me these items. He said he would bring them right away. After waiting forever. I walked downstairs to get towels to shower. The front desk clerk was eating and said he was going to bring them up afterwards.5. I asked the front desk to change my room in the morning when I awake. He assured me that it would happen. Needlessly to say that did not happen. I asked for a refund for the 2nd day that I did not stay. The hotel and and owner would not refund me the money. I even looked at booking apps and there were 2 available rooms. But I was not afforded either.6. I could list a few more reasons. But I want to leave that to hour imagination…Have to leave one good comment. The WIFI worked.

My goodness... when we arrived at the hotel there was no one at the reception... we called the number and had to wait for someone to arrive from who knows where... we entered the room and it would be better not to talk about it! There was a sickly musty smell...holes in the walls near the climate control with all the midges that entered the room...hotel absolutely to be avoided
