Room 206 likes to have problems, go in and check sometimes. We can't stay together, mixing together almost every day. Take it to therapy.

Clean and friendly staff. Decent size rooms. Towels need to be replaced as some are old and fraying.All floors have cheap window frames installed and as such, the noise from the street kept me awake most of the night. I bought some ear plugs that helped a little.No utensils at all in the kitchen, except 2 glasses and 2 cups. No plates, no dishes, no pots and pans, no cutlery. You would need to buy them at the Rompo market 50 meters away. Microwave and kettle.

Second time here ,1st time in 2023 july,room was 530,this time in may,,650 baht,still great value, underneath is a small 7/11 n behind is a f ancy new bigger 7/11,close to about 3-4 different markets..Working crew seem to have totally changed within the last 7 months i was here,cash only payment is a hassle but really not a big deal,if you dont mind riding a bike they are two tourist taxi bike downstairs that takes you where ever you need..cant wait to come back for a 3rd time

We had made a reservation to pay locally, but at 8pm on the bus from the airport, we received a message that we would not be able to stay due to a problem with the room, leaving us at a loss.There are other comments saying they had similar experiences. I think this is their habitual overbooking.They booked us alternative hotel, but it was more expensive, older, and had poorer facilities.I think they are dishonest regarding reservations.

The rooms are comfortable, beautiful, clean, and the air conditioning is cool. You must have a key card to go up the elevator. Safety is good. There is a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel building, very convenient.

Judging from the photos, the hotel looks modern. Rooms of 40m2 are also what I am looking for when I am away for a longer period of time. Reserved months in advance.The days before arrival I received several messages via the booking site asking if I was going to come? Very strange.Upon arrival it turned out that there was no room available and she wanted to take me to an adjacent hotel which had small rooms and was old-fashioned. I refused this. The second hotel they suggested also turned out to have no room upon arrival.Too bad they don't take their responsibilities. After a 15 hour journey you are not looking forward to this

Except for a little road noise when the window is open. Large apartment well located near the center, 300m from the sea. Dining area, small balcony, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning 👍

If you book a room without prepayment, your reservation may be cancelled. We informed the hotel staff that we would arrive at approximately 14:00. We were delayed due to traffic jams, arrived at 15:00 - we were informed that the reservation was canceled because the hotel staff thought that we would not arrive :)As a replacement, they offered a room in the hotel opposite (but payment still needs to be made in this hotel, and not in the one we are checking into)The conditions in the second hotel - my respect. My respect to the fact that the second hotel is still somehow able to receive guests - old renovation, old towels, old bed linen.Overall, thank you for a wonderful vacation.

It is a well managed residence. the staff is always ready for every need. the location is perhaps a little inconvenient due to the noise (it is located on a very busy street) but it has all the services nearby 2 7/11 bars and thai restaurants and typical pharmacies markets... It is not far from the sea and has excellent prices.

Ok small hotel on a very busy traffic corner. Weirdest thing the pink towels smelled a bit like vomit. Benefits of living with alcoholics.
