It is a suitable place for long-term residence. The location is far from Pattaya Beach, so accessibility may be a bit difficult. If you can rent a scooter, it's not a bad location.

Good accommodation, safe, clean, reasonable price.There is enough parking. The atmosphere is good and quiet. The entrance may be narrow. But there aren't many cars entering the alley.Overall good, good service

Stayed on 15/4/67, one night for 800 baht, no breakfast. The location is in a small alley. But there is parking for many cars. Beautiful rooms and amenities. Everything is normal except for the hair dryer. In the kitchen zone there is a microwave, hot water kettle, crockery, spoons, and 2 swimming pools. Children's and women's pools The pool is very deep even though my boyfriend is 175 cm tall. Still not standing on the floor of the pool There is a fitness center located near the pool. Accommodation near Minibigc, can walk to buy things. Overall ok.

The hotel rooms are very spacious. There is good care. Suitable for a long stay, comfortable bed, quiet room. We got the 3rd floor but there is no elevator here.We forgot something, called shortly after checking out. The staff has stuff for you.The parking place is a little small but sufficient.

As a previous reviewer pointed out 5 years ago, the receptionist is a disaster. Not only does she speaks very little English, but she also seems to want to be unpleasant to people. She told me: "The rate today is 800". I asked: "How about tomorrow?". She didn't answer. She then gave me the key, I asked: "Which floor is it on?". She didn't answer either. If she doesn't understand, she should at least say: "I'm sorry I don't understand your question", not just keep quiet.The rudeness of the receptionist has already been pointed out for 5 years ago by another reviewer, yet nothing has been done about her since (teach her English and teach her good manners).This residence charges separately for water and electricity, which is OK. But upon check-out the receptionist just handed me in silence the 200 baht "remaining" from the deposit. I can't believe my two bills were exactly 300 baht, not 287 or 296 or something like that. It would have been honest to present the bills and charge the exact amount according to the bills.The bed was super comfy, and I liked the mini-kitchen (a microwave, a kettle and a big fridge). The bathroom was good except for the water heater: water could be either hot or cold. They have a rare type of water heater: first, you have to open the hot water tap, and you have to make it strong enough for the water heater to switch on. But then it's too hot. You then open the cold water tap a bit... and the water heater switches off.At this residence there is daily cleaning. Personally, I would have preferred the staff don't enter while I'm away. It would be great if the reception could ask each guest upon check-in if they want their room to be entered or not.It is very nice of this residence to bring two bottles of water every day, but I wish these could be reusable glass bottles. It's a lot of plastic waste to be throwing those bottles every day.The remote control of the TV didn't work, it was impossible to switch channels.The swimming pool was great. It's that kind of swimming pool where you can't stand. It was my first time swimming in such a pool, it was interesting. (But it also has a section for kids, which is very shallow.)

Clean, comfortable, fairly spacious room. On the first tier there is a swimming pool and an open-air mini gym. We took a room with its own kitchen. I liked everything, except, probably, the location. A bit far from the center of Pattaya. There is a small supermarket, a Chinese restaurant and many unnecessary office shops nearby. Noisy from the roadway. And there is no way to put your laundry in the wash - you have to look for it.

I had the opportunity to stay here for one night. It's really clean, the staff is helpful, you can ask about your needs without hesitation, the prices are very reasonable, compared to the quality of the hotel, the pool is good, the gym is good enough to use, the area is relatively central, I liked the hotel, the rooms are reasonable, the inside is clean. These are the main things that can be in a hotel. I think it is very good for its price.

I was looking for a hotel to stay in Pattaya and decided to stay at this hotel (apartment). If you go to town for fun (10 minutes round trip by BOLT bike), it's more than worth the price. Kitchen, pool, fitness, security, minimum parking lot, good water pressure, large refrigerator, cleanliness, spaciousness, min-c., 95% comfortable.

Soi Cap has parking, nice, clean rooms. At the back there is a small living balcony that divides the kitchen and bedroom zones. There is a microwave, kettle, refrigerator, glasses, plates, and bowls. The price is not too expensive. I recommend it.

The room is quiet, spacious, clean, complete with amenities, including a swimming pool, fitness center, parking, and water heater. A little stuck, went into the TV room and couldn't watch properly. The plywood headboard should have some padding. At night, every time I put my hand on it, I think someone is knocking, haha.
