Take a break this time.Good hotel, good rooms, staff on the exclusive floor, good service, but..would like to criticize 2 things.1. The passenger elevator is very old. Some keypads are stuck, some aren't. Some buttons do not display status lights. I don't know if it stuck or not. If we were to compare it to a person, it would probably be 100 years old. You should rest your children and let your grandchildren take over their duties.2. Food at the restaurant on the 1st floor Using raw materials that are not worth the price at all Order seafood topping, shrimp, squid, and shellfish are frozen. You should use fresh produce. Roadside restaurants still don't use frozen products.

5min walk to Phetchaburi MRT station and Makkasan Airport Link station. There is also a canal that runs past the hotel and there is a pier nearby, so you can also take the water taxi.

The location was probably the biggest disappointment because it wasn't really nearby anything of interest. So it was either a long walk (which was uncomfortable in the climate) or taking a car/motorbike (which then meant dealing with terrible traffic everywhere).Aside from that, the included breakfast wasn't very good. They had a lot of variety, but didn't do anything particularly well. Even the coffee machines weren't good - the coffee was lukewarm instead of hot. The room wasn't the same as what is pictured online. Much older and not very nice - dirty walls, cracks on the walls that were repaired badly. There was also a big rise in the transition trim to the bedroom that hurt the feet if it was stepped on wrong. The caulk in the bathroom was dirty and even though it had a nice deep tub that would have been nice for baths, it didn't look very clean and the idea of bath in it made my skin crawl a little. The cleaning staff were very nice and did as good of a job as they could each day. The front staff were a little frustrating to deal with. I didn't like that they insisted on taking my bags upon arrival despite me telling them not to. Then they didn't bring it right away and I needed my laptop bag to do work that was due ASAP. I waited 45 minutes and then called. I said I was coming down to the front to get the bags myself. When I got down there, they said they sent the bags up to my room already - but then I saw a guy bringing my bags to the elevator. Then he didn't want to hand them over - he wanted to bring them up to my room to set up for me. At this point I said no and got the bags myself. Thankfully I got the bags, but it was much later and more of a headache than it needed to be.The other thing I was looking forward to was the pool. However, when I got there I found they were doing construction next door and right next to the pool. The mud had a bit of a smell to it so the pool area smelled from the construction and it was loud from the cranes/machines - it just didn't seem like it would be an enjoyable experience so I didn't even go once during my weeklong stay, which was quite disappointing. Finally, I did some research and saw there were other hotels that were located in better areas and looked like nicer rooms/lobby areas for the same price. I inquired about checking out early because I was going to switch hotels. First they said they had to ask and couldn't get back to me until the next day. Then the next day they said I could but the refund would take 1-3 months to process back to my bank account. It just didn't seem worth it so I stuck it out. However, it really wasn't a very enjoyable stay.

No matchboxes provided by housekeeping in the smoking rooms & not given to u by reception or the concierge , the pool bar & main bar closes early . Old building with nothing close by in walking distance .Will b shocked to c the weight machines provided in the room in request which is same in most properties in Bangkok . I would rate it as a 3 or 4 star hotel overall

We had a nice stay, the room and the view was great, facilities nearby were useful. But we were made to wait 1 hour to check in as the room wasn't ready.

There are 8 outlets in the room, 3 of which did not have electricity, and the remaining outlets were loose and could not be charged. The TV didn't work. I requested a repair, and an employee came and repaired it, but the repair was not possible. The service was completely unsuitable for a 5-star hotel.

Very bad hotel, bad service, and its bad attitude, no respect for Chinese people, my friend bumped his nose at the door and felt very painful, so he sat on the ground, and then an employee came immediately to drive us away, I would like to ask if Would her nose be hit so painfully that she would fall to the ground? Finally, he explained to me that it was because I spoke Chinese and she spoke English, so she didn’t understand what we meant. First of all, I kept speaking English and not Chinese when communicating with her. Secondly, the employee saw the whole thing where my friend hit her nose. The process 😅 We just wanted an apology, but the woman refused to come forward as if the person who made the mistake was me and my friend.
