At night it's an Indian bar. No parking Looking for a place to park on the roadside before reaching the school. There are affordable rooms on the upper floors. The bedrooms are clean, the air conditioning is cool, and the staff are good. At night there is loud rock music from the pub next door. Not suitable for children or families or those who want peace and quiet to relax. But suitable for nightlife or street food on Pattaya Beach.

EXCELLENT LOCATION, VERY RELAXED ATMOSPHERE , ROOM IS VERY CLEAN & VERY GOOD VIEW OFF BEACH ROAD . POOL TABLE & BREAKFAST IS ALSO A GREAT START TO THE DAY WITH LOVELY COFFEE.. BAHT BUS OUTSIDE HOTEL IS IDEAL IF YOU DONT WANT TO WALK . PLENTY OF EATERIES & BAR"S NEARBY . PERFECT . WILL RETURN .THANKS GENIES .

Great location for party guests.We stayed there as a couple. Unfortunately not recommended for couples.You have to go through the bar on the ground floor.Extremely loud music echoes from the bar through the stairwell until the middle of the night. So it wasn't a good night.Air conditioning works well but very loud. Room otherwise OK.Breakfast well.... 2 slices of toast, a fried egg and 2 small sausages. No juice or water. A coffee.

Swadi kha..If you looking for a true review and reading this don't bring a second thought in your mind and hit the BOOK button. Everything about this hotel is awesome, i try to explain point to point.location- right in front main pattaya beach and they have a cafe where you can sit enjoy sea breeze a cup of cappuccino, 7 eleven and burger right adjacent.Rooms are spacious and clean painted white to give a soothing vibe.Staff very good, helpful and always welcome you with a smile.Food is delcious. Owner is Indian origin so Indian food is no big deal.Other facilities- Pool table in cafe where you can enjoy sea view, bar at ground floor, walking street and pattaya beach on walking distance. and best thing i suggest if you are a music lover especially live band music "LISA ON THE BEACH" is right there they got a great band to perfrom a must visit place in pattaya.Thanks for coming so long to the end. Overall a 5 star rating and a place worth staying. kha pun kha

Employee service is good and smiling. Standard breakfast stuck alone When I came back to open the bag, the smell from the room came home with me. The smell is like mothballs, quite strong. The accommodation has no parking. Might be a bit difficult. The room is next to the elevator. You can hear the noise of the elevator all night.

Owned by an Indian person. The chef is also Indian so no need to worry about Indian food.There is also a bar on the ground floor and a restaurant on the 2nd.Sachin is very good in pleasing you. Also very decent person.Definitely recommend visiting them.

It is a very good hotel with a very friendly stuff, located directly at the beach and 10 minutes walk to central pedestrian area, it has everything someone needs including a good restaurant and the bar. All King of stores, restaurants and supermarkets exactly next to it. A fantastic view from a balcony.

Made a booking on my phone when l arrived they said there was no booking..after l showed them my booking details they were surprised and didn't say why they stuffed up ..nearly slept on the street until the owner gave me aroom with no towels and l asked the staff and they said they ran out ..ridiculous..will never go back shower was dirty to

Great place! You will think it is only a bar at first. Rooms are upstairs. Beach road out front. Walk across the street and you are on the beach. The bar also makes great coffee and has a full time restaurant.
