The room is in old condition. There is a water leak in the air conditioner. The lotus hatch has very little water flowing. In the refrigerator there was a pineapple that had been eaten by the person who stayed earlier. I would like the hotel to improve as well.

Take the team to sleep in 50 rooms, it's completely destroyed. The room number assigned is all wrong. The employees were extremely confused. They checked in to the first 15 rooms in 2 hours. The next day another 35 rooms were taken. They would take ID cards from every team, over 100 people. Am I crazy? The room had a problem. I was tired of listening to the team asking to move. There were all kinds. The room is broken, dirty, the air conditioner isn't cool, it smells musty, there are even cockroaches going into the mouth, etc.You can avoid it. There are still many schools with prices like this. Don't just think about B2. It sucks everywhere. It should be tough here. ❌

I made a big mistake by booking through agoda.Got a room and the water didn't flow. So I went out to eat for about an hour and came back and it still wasn't flowing.So I changed rooms. The worst thing about cockroaches walking on the head of the bed.The room is not soundproof. And there was water flowing from the rooftop all day and all night. At first I thought it was raining but it wasn't. It's probably air conditioner water flowing down.In the morning, piles were being driven next to the hotel. It was so loud and jarring. Oh, run away.

Contacting reception is very difficult, calling many times and no one answers. You must call the middle number B2. Have the call transferred to the branch. There is no wifi in the room, you have to call and ask.

Just stayed at B2 here for the first time and don't plan on going back to stay again.The problem encountered was that the room did not provide towels. We went to stay alone and arrived late at midnight. When we planned to take a shower in the morning, we couldn't find a towel. So I thought they might not have any. It's okay. So I went down to check out and informed the staff as usual and then asked the staff if they didn't provide towels here. The employee informed that there was But we thought that we might have forgotten. It's okay. The staff told us to sit and wait a moment and asked to check the room. After 5 minutes the housekeeper informed that the towel was missing. Even though it didn't exist from the beginning. We had to explain and say that by opening the camera we could see that we had not left the room since entering and had just left when checking out. So we had to sit and wait for a while, about 15 minutes. The employee then said that it was okay and that he would settle it with the housekeeper himself. And in the room there were 2 bottles of water. Another water bottle was opened and a bit of the water disappeared. It's a good thing we didn't eat it because we didn't know if anyone had eaten it or not. The room was not clean, there was a small roll of tissue paper in the blanket.

There is a club nearby with live music, which starts playing from 23:00. It’s late, but I managed to read in the reviews that it ends only at 4:00. This is the first time I've heard SO loud music. You won't be able to hide from it even if you change your room, the bass from the nightclub covers the entire building. I moved out immediately when I read the reviews, it’s a pity I didn’t do it earlier. There is also black mold in the bathroom.

I have stayed at many branches of B2. I have probably encountered this branch only once, both the staff and the quality of the rooms. Got hit with the cost of upgrading the bed and encountered this again.

‼️Which house will you stay in and have children? Read to the end‼️- Book through Agoda for almost 900 Stayed on Saturday, July 13, 2 adults, 1 3 year old child. We got the "7th floor". We overlooked the old room. The bathroom tiles are broken, the walls are peeling, because we think they can survive. The room is not wide or narrow. But if there are 3 adults, it may feel cramped because there is quite a bit of space.-The room is not soundproof at all. Who talks and who walks? What are you doing? Everyone can hear the knocking sound at the head of the bed. The door knocks very often. In the evening, when we are with our 2 children, my girlfriend goes to work and looks at the door a lot. It sounded like someone was opening it.-Coming to the peak, our 3-year-old child likes to sit and look at the view in the mirror. And the small door has a handle that can be opened. But we always remind our children not to touch the opening, just to look at the view (I think the lock is tight). We do business in the bathroom. I heard a rattling sound. So I leaned forward to look. I saw my child holding the opener. So I repeat that I won't catch you, but for our confidence. So we walked over to see if it wasn't open, right? Is it still locked? I assume it's already been opened. It's not locked! ...It wasn't locked in the first place! It just spins and has a clamp that keeps it from opening. (You can see the pictures and clips.) And outside, there was no balcony or tiled beams at all. Luckily, as soon as our child opened it, he seemed to freeze. So I backed away and wasn't close, not wanting to think about it.We immediately notified the main page of B2. The page responded at almost 10:00 a.m. and said to send an email to inform us. We emailed to inform. The school responded as shown in the picture.When we checked out So we asked the front staff again. That it can't be locked? They are having the housekeeper check our room. So he had the housekeeper check that window for him. The housekeeper said it really couldn't be locked. And it's like this in every room...So we told the employee that At least it should be posted. Or maybe the employee should have informed me that the window couldn't be locked. Even though there is a retainer But if the abilities of a 3 year old child can be opened For us, safety is too low.-The staff tried to accept the matter. The problem has been accepted. Said that we would soon put up a notice. The employee spoke well and he tried to solve the problem immediately. Please let the matter go to the caretaker. Having an accident is not worth the loss.
