The hotel is in a convenient location. It is very convenient to buy food and massage. There is a hypermarket next door to the hotel, so shopping is convenient! !

"Affordable rooms, On Nut location with more than 100 baht attention to detail" Convenient travel to the hotel, close to BTS, Big C, Century, Lotus, people park, has parking, friendly staff. From helping to pick up bags from the car to the room. Check-in and check-out are quick. The room is clean and fully equipped, including a hair dryer, facial cotton, toothbrush, toothpaste. There is no noise from outside. Guests feel safe and feel like they are at home. I have a regular place to stay when I go to Bangkok.💕

I booked a room at this hotel for my son, who was visiting me for a few days. The room was clean, and the staff were pleasant. The location is also convenient, being within walking distance of the BTS.During his stay in Thailand, my son decided to have a couple of suits tailored. For the fittings, he borrowed a pair of my dress shoes to ensure the trousers were the correct length. Upon checking out at noon, my son inadvertently left the shoes in the hotel room, and we only realised they were missing later that evening. I called the hotel around 8 pm to inquire if the shoes had been found. The receptionist informed me that nothing had been handed in by the cleaning staff but promised to follow up with the housekeeper the next morning. The next day, I received a call from the receptionist saying that no shoes had been found. Given the value of the shoes, I decided to visit the hotel that morning. I requested to speak with the manager, and a lady came out to meet me. After some discussion, I insisted that something needed to be done due to the cost of the missing shoes. The manager asked me to wait in the lounge for a while. After over an hour with no updates, I approached the reception staff again. The receptionist went to the back office and returned without providing any information. After another ten minutes, I informed the receptionist that I would be reporting the matter to the police.I then went to the local police station to report the incident, which was duly logged, and I was given a copy of the crime report.Although the hotel itself was satisfactory in terms of cleanliness and location, the lack of care and attention to a customer's property is unacceptable. Additionally, the manager's attitude throughout this situation was disappointing, which greatly diminished what should have been a positive experience.

I stayed here recently for two months and would stay here again next time I come to Bangkok. All of the staff I interacted with were lovely, especially one of the doormen who would come open the door for me even in the middle of the night. One of the receptionists was also very kind to help with a Thai phone call as I can't speak Thai. They even have an adorable and friendly cat!Rooms: Spacious and quiet. Lots of drawers and cabinet space, which is useful for a long-term stay. The only thing that I can suggest is to make the rooms brighter, because the lighting was a little dim for my liking.Amenities: Everything I wanted (hairdryer, electric kettle, etc) was available. The only thing that was missing was self-service laundry. The hotel does provide laundry service, but unfortunately they charge by the item rather than by weight, making it a little expensive during a longer stay. Alternatively, there are laundromats that are easily accessible via a short taxi ride. They also have an attached cafe that opens every day, where you can often spot the hotel cat who is quite adorable and very friendly.Location: Depending on the foot traffic, it's roughly a 10 minute walk from my room door to the train platform at On Nut BTS station. It's quicker to go through the street market behind the Big C supermarket rather than going via On Nut road. There are lots of close-by food options for lazy days, including the street market, the Big C food court, and 7-11s all less than 5 minutes away.Overall: 9/10. It would be perfect if they also have self-service laundry and brighter lighting for the rooms, but these are small details. Personally, I wouldn't think twice about staying here again next time I'm in town, and would recommend this hotel to anybody.

Have stayed here many times. A few nights and weeksBoth direct bookings and bookings through web agents Complete facilities The rooms and bedding including towels are quite clean. The employees are good and have no problems. But what I would like to fix is that you can check in early, as early as after noon if there is a room available (I noticed that most people check out early in the morning and the housekeeper finishes the room quite a bit before check-in time). Hotel For the most part, there are only a few places where you have to check in at a specific time. Otherwise, you can check in and stay early.
