The hotel is good, next to the sea, the rooms are clean, there is a balcony looking outside and the sea view is very beautiful. There is a swimming pool where you can swim. Good location, near 7-Eleven, there is also a flea market. The porter speaks well and is polite. Delicious food, polite and smiling staff, very welcoming. Quality is worth the price paid. Personally, I'm very impressed.🥰🥰

The hotel is quite old. Thai style decoration The receptionist took very good care of me. The building we were staying in was behind. Stay in a room next to the pool We rest on weekdays. There were quite a few people, so the atmosphere seemed even quieter. As for the room, it's not old. The room is spacious and the bed is soft and good. In the bathroom there is a tub for soaking.The accommodation is in a good location, right in front of Jomtien Beach. Walk about 100m. and you'll find 7-11 and the night market. Lots of items for sale, good prices, not expensive.

Good. Good location, next to the sea, near 7-Eleven and the flea market.Affordable price, good, clean rooms If something breaks, they come and fix it quickly. The employees are good and friendly. But the only disadvantage is that the breakfast is a bit lacking. And don't add more when it's almost gone.

The air conditioner in the room next to the swimming pool, 2,500 baht per night, is very loud and is an old model.

It is an old hotel that is clean, the rooms are nice and wide, not stuffy, designed to allow good breezes throughout the building. The wind blowing path is not stuffy. We stayed in room 811. The weather was good and the wind was strong in the evening. We sat and sipped wine on the balcony facing the sea. The staff said that the room saw the sea at 45 degrees. But it's really 180 degrees.

All the employees are lovely, polite, the fonts are cute, and the bell boy is energetic. I'm very impressed. But it's stuck in a bad system. This new year, check-out took a very long time, 40 minutes, and there was a long line in front of the hotel. The types of guests seen during this period are Indians, Thais, and foreigners who bring Thai girls with them. There are many children in the room. Overall the noise will be a bit loud because it is a festival. On the 8th floor, I can hear every sound: the elevator, the bell in other rooms, the telephone, children running around, the next room coughing, and the sound of the door from nowhere on the floor which closes very loudly. I'm always startled. The sea view room has a beautiful view. Saw fireworks from Pattaya Beach as well. Overall, everything in the room is good except for the soundproofing.There isn't enough parking. Please park your car on the grassy side next to it to dry in the sun. The uncle who owns the yard will charge us 60 baht first and then write a bill to the hotel to pay us back when we check out. In conclusion, we got 120 baht but the uncle didn't have a bill for one round, so we had to pay 60 baht for parking ourselves.

For me, I think it's an old place but the owner has changed. I'm an outsider who doesn't rent a room, but the staff are lovely and kind. watchman at night And the night shift employees have plenty of water to use in the bathroom. I want everyone to open their minds and come stay here a lot. If there is a chance, will definitely stay here ❤️❤️❤️

The room is clean and has a balcony to sit and look at the view.There is a swimming pool to play in. The service is good.Breakfast closes at 10:00 a.m. You can go buy fresh seafood in the morning to eat in your room.

Stayed here 3 times. Good service staff, beautiful, clean rooms This time we reserved all rooms next to the pool.Pool access 4 rooms, rooms opposite the common bathroom. There were drunk people talking loudly, closing the bathroom door loudly. Going to the bathroom from midnight to 5 a.m., didn't sleep, very loud noise, 4 people, parents and children didn't sleep at all. Breakfast is less if compared to previous years.

Very bad. Drinking water was not provided. I told the staff and waited for a lifetime. In the end I had to walk to 7-11 to buy and eat myself.

Room dirt sand everywhere poorly cleaned by maid left food for two days. Charge 1000 baht for key card for your room which you must paid or cannot get into the room. Very slow service 10 mins to checkout. Breakfast poor below basic and very small and charge for tea! Room itself, safe not working tv not working. Noisey at night from outside so poor sound proofing would not recommend for the price.
