The hotel is not near Jomtien Beach. The room is a good size, has water, towels and liquid soap and shampoo. Walk about 200 meters to the beach road. There is a convenient songthaew running around the city, not far from Jomtien Night Market. There are a variety of shops and restaurants to choose from, worth the price paid.

The floor of the room was visibly dirty, just because it is concrete doesn't mean it shouldn't be mopped. We had to get up early in the morning to catch a bus when we noticed that there was no water, either from the shower, sink or toilet. When we reported this when checking out, we received the answer that they had already heard this from other guests, but they apparently did not think it was necessary to do anything about it.

Its a shame due to some bad first impressions my score is lower than many.Working in hotels for almost 10 years I understand each country has there own standards, but first impressions count.The two young males at reception weren't so friendly when i arrived, didn't nt even look up, and there was no welcome. One of which seemed to not understand much English.The manager I believe who was there at check-in was friendly and polite.The stay was ruined by a drainage issue in the bathroom, and a leaking bidet hose which was constantly leaking, the use of air freshener in the bedroom did nothing. Nobody should wake have to be in a room which smells of urine and damp.I ended up having to go down at 8am to complain and was given a room promptly after 12pm. The female receptionist with glasses was excellent, and apologised for the issue. I had planned to do some work in the room but had to sit in reception all morning due to the smell.Anyway the room a403 was much better and clean and comfortable. The only issue i would say was the shower drain in the bathrooms, which need attention as they don't drain causing within 2 mins you to be standing in a inch of water.Apart from the initial problems the stay was pleasant.

It is the affordable and the service is the highlight of this hotel. I had been there for 3 nights and they clean everyday. They provide some drinks and snacks as a complimentary. I just grab as an emergency snacks and the staffs here are so nice. The beach is only 5 minutes walk. Highly recommend for budget trip and enjoy your peaceful relaxing environment. ✨✨

I came here just to use it for 2 days and I liked it so much.I made an additional reservation for 7 days. Currently 392 bahtThe inner room costs 472 baht and is a spacious room with an outdoor view.We booked an additional 7 days with outdoor view. JomtienThe night market is also within 1km, where you can get some light exercise.And the beach is 200m away, so accessibility is great.I definitely recommend it to Koreans on a small budget.This is the way to go to Songthaew.Above all, it is a new building.

We got a bedroom on the 2nd floor. Going up the stairs is what I found: next to the stairs, no window. The room is not soundproof. Water pipe in the room above Breaking through into our bedroom When someone uses the bathroom or flushes the toilet I hear it all the time. The more people who go to the bathroom at night, the more they don't have to sleep. The room outside was not soundproof. I heard the sound of the front door opening and closing, the elevator pressing, and the sound of people walking all the time. Not recommended for anyone who has difficulty sleeping. If you're not serious, this place is considered a reasonable room, not expensive, next to Jomtien Beach, easy to travel, clean, pillows, soft beds, traveling at a low cost, this place is considered okay. The room at that time was for 3 days and 2 nights, price 944 baht, transferred at the counter, there is a deposit of 200, can pay only in cash. You can get it back when you return the room if nothing is damaged. There is a guard watching 24 hours. Tea and coffee are available. There is a refrigerator, microwave, and toaster in only the central area. There is no refrigerator in the room.
