If you want to have problems with the staff in this hotel, you can go there. The hotel is old, worn out, the manager and the staff are showing zero interest and arrogant behavior.

The hotel does not deserve five stars. There is no air conditioning in the corridors, it is very hot, the bathrooms are very bad, there is no hot water, and the room servers are tired. I stayed for 4 nights, but they only cleaned the room once.

It was my first trip to Pattaya and I wanted to have fun, so I chose this hotel.The location was great, close to the beach and Walking Street, and there was a lot of shopping to see, so it was very convenient.If you can use a grab taxi, you won't have any problems.Choose a room with an ocean view and relax at a cafe while looking at the beach.This is a hotel that will satisfy you as a vacation.

Never go to this hotel, this hotel is a thief, last week my friend from America came to this hotel and in his absence, they opened the safe in their room and stole his money, this is not the first time, just read the comments and then you will understand, the hotel leads perfectly Rudeness and insolence just smiled and did nothing for my friend

Friends who are planning to stay in this hotel, please be careful, this hotel has a lot of thieving employees and they steal your money and documents with many tricks, even if you put them in the safe box, and worse, the manager who does not follow up under any circumstances and is apparently responsible for all of this.
