Room was clean, Poor service and untrained staff, they charge money for extra drinking water. Not very welcoming like other thai hotels. Don’t order room service because it was horribly undercooked. Tom yum soup was okay but rest was horrible. Good parking space though but the service is of a 2 star hotel. Reasonable priced room, Nice view and close to the breach and restaurant. Just for stay is good for the price but personally i am not staying there again, would rather spend few extra and go for known hotel chain. Again the room service food was horrible. I ordered 5 items and only soup eatable.

Hotel staff supporting cheaters they will not care about their guests. i think they are part of this crime they will get some thing from this cheaters I stay 2 night this hotel . I 3 or more incidents. Hotel staff not doing anything. So better avoid this hotel

It's nice place. Neat & clean with amazing helpful staff.D Tower is it's new tower with modern interior.They do offer halaal breakfast. But when booking they might not be able to confirm if it's halaal.But we met an Indian chef there and he confirmed that all chicken is halaal.The live cooking counter cooks fried egg & omelette and they don't keep pork on the counter to add in eggs so one can have eggs from here as utensils are paak. Wallahu Aalam.They have 2 pools. I only visited one.Regarding their 3 kinds of rooms , feel free to message regarding balcony view inquiry.It's not directly on the beach road but you can walk a little to reach the beach road.Walking street (red line area having clubs) is far from this place and considerable walking is required.One can take the vans from beach road taking per person tickets

This hotel have two buildings so know which one you booked. The room I got have a nice view of the ocean. It is walking distance to the beach and many restaurants and stores. It is pretty loud since there is a bunch of bars and clubs down the streets.

Stayed in a Deluxe room, very good room, beautiful and convenient. There is a large refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom is spacious. There are 2 sinks and a chair to sit in the bathroom.

We took the premium suite room & in one word the room was luxurious. It’s great to see that even a 4-star hotel have this sort of suites. However, apart from rooms, the housekeeping was too rude. Each day they should provide toiletries and towels for 3 persons as we were 3 people in the room, but they used to provide for only 1. And, whenever I ask them to bring, each time they would say, “If you take outside hotel, 1000 THB charge/ fine”. What sort of service is this? I’m asking these to bring to my room so that I can use it for myself in the shower. What will I do by taking it outside? Seriously! I didn’t expect a 4-star hotels staff to behave like this. Anyways, I’m happy with the room and breakfast. And with a beach view room, it’s all good apart from housekeeping.

Overall nice hotel and service. Two pools , great breakfast buffet, balcony with a good view. Right next to Soi 6 party street and it's very loud until 3 am. The issue is there are 3 buildings that are spread far apart. I was in the last building, very far walk to beach road and hard to find when a visitor is trying to locate the hotel. No microwave in the room either. Will not be returning.

Very clean and nice hotel on the first coastline. Breakfast is not spicy, but quite tasty and filling. There are 2 swimming pools, the one for children is very warm, and it is also suitable for adults.

Disappointing stay! ! !1. Poor sound insulationIt is expected that the nearby bar street will open late.But the heavy bass music didn't stop until after 5 o'clock in the morning. I could hear it clearly in the room. Unexpectedly, there was almost no sound insulation at all.2. Room serviceI am a tourist staying for two nights.I didn't fall asleep until after six o'clock, and kept ringing the doorbell after eight o'clock to ask if it needed cleaning?I obviously don't want to bother you, it's really frustrating.The reception staff in the lobby are very friendly.The overall environment and cleanliness of the hotel are also great.The location is really good,But I have to endure the noise until dawn,Just like the sound of cleaning the neighboring rooms early in the morning.
