The location is convenient, a 1-minute walk from the Sobu Akao central intersection, and the hotel is cleaned every day to keep it clean. The rooms have ceiling fans and balconies, which are convenient for long-term stays. The free WiFi has also been recently replaced with a new router and can be used without any problems. I would like to stay at a long-term stay hotel next time.

The staff who greeted us on April 19, 2024 were very old, very fickle, withholding the parking space for their own father and mother. Even though the parking lot was empty and there were no signs to block it. If the customer parks the car and refuses to check in Until I take the car somewhere else and dare to decide on behalf of the owner, I shouldn't have hired it to let it die in a hotel like this. I've been staying here for 10+ years and have always been good. I just met an old woman named Kalkinee who damaged the hotel's reputation.

Very nice room with a balcony in a great location. We had room 501, it is worth making sure that it is a room at the front of the building, then we will have interesting views from the balcony.There is everything you need, I definitely recommend it!

A very pleasant accommodation in Pattaya at a reasonable price. We had a room on the 5th floor, so we had a brilliant view of the city. At the same time, the room itself was quiet despite the busy street below us. Nice rooms, cleaned every day. Downstairs there is a place where you can sit and enjoy coffee or tea. I recommend

Small room, water leaking at the sink on the balcony, old TV, no safety box. The housekeeper came in to clean without the owner of the room having hung a sign in front of the room saying to come in. If property is lost, will you be responsible? The front desk staff during the day don't look welcoming to guests.

This is the best for those who are used to traveling to Thailand and are on a budget and don't value the view from the room.The water power in the shower was no problem either. The staff is ok, the air conditioner is ok, the cleaning is ok, and above all, the price is ok. There is an elevator and the location is great.The only downsides are that the TV is old, and there is a step between the toilet seat and the shower space, and there is no curtain, so the bathroom floor gets wet over a wide area, but there is a mat for wiping your feet, so it's not a problem for me. Will use again.

The room is ok. But the housekeeper seems to be very lazy to clean the room because she put a cleanliness sign on it when leaving the room at 2:00 p.m. When we returned at around 4:00 p.m., we saw them sitting together using their phones, but the room hadn't been cleaned! The sign was put up as before, along with 2 bottles of water hung on it. If you don't tell the reception to do it, you won't do it. And one of the reception staff was a little unfriendly to customers. never smile

First of all, the room is bigger than expected and the terrace is nice.Also, the reception staff are very friendly and nice.And the people who clean every room do a thorough job.Stay comfortably for 10 nightsI would like to recommend it for its cost-effectiveness.And it's in the entertainment district in front, but it's very quiet.

A basic hotel, which reflects the very reasonable price. No complaints other than: no Safety box in the room. Ideal location and easy style. Has all the essentials. Ceiling fan+ aircon. Double bed. Wet Room bathroom and small balcony. No noise from the street (in the room l was in).

It's a reasonable hotel for the price.The location is great because it's right in front of LK!Although the rooms are well-maintained, I think the water area is difficult for Japanese people.Televisions are still CRTs, which hurt my eyes, and there are no Japanese broadcasts.All the staff are friendly. A safety box is available at the front desk.I think it's better to avoid it if you can afford it.

New Nikom Court Pattaya Staff charged me 200 thai baht for a dirty towel. I asked for the towel so I could clean it myself or give me the towel because I just paid 200 thai baht for a old and used towel which they refused.
