Note the location before moaning about it. If you want some peace and quiet on a baht bus route 1 minute from the hotel with a 7 11 across the road this hotel is fantastic. For me this hotel was perfect for the price. I had a room facing the pool at the back of the hotel. Which I think is best. At the front you would be facing a school which is very noisy in the day time. All the staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Their laundry service is excellent and very cheap. So use it. The hotel itself is small and very quiet for June which again was perfect for me. The room was basic and the mattress was rock hard. But the shower was great and always very hot and powerful. Nice big fridge freezer. Again for the price. They have a nice little pool which was clean and tidy. I can't complain about anything. I would definitely stay here again when I'm in Pattaya. This area is a lot more peaceful and out of the way of the madness. Loads of German restaurants and of course Thai restaurants. You can easily get around the city from this hotel just be aware of its location. PLEASE help if you can, if you have a big heart please look after the little skinny black cat I have uploaded pictures. I looked after this cat during my stay and was sad to leave it when I left. You can buy cheap cat food from 7 11 even if it's just one pack each day. Thanks for your kindness. God bless you 🙏❤️

Overall it is considered clean, safe, the atmosphere has a swimming pool, shady, the room is spacious, quiet, you should choose Building 2, open to sit on the balcony with a beautiful view of the pool.

I really like this accommodation. The swimming pool is very good, clean, has a few slides, a salt water system, and the pool floor has a climb from shallow to deep. As for the rooms, there are elevators both at the elevator and in the building behind that you have to walk up. You can live with cool air conditioning.

There is a lift, but there are also stairs between floors.Breakfast, rather the bare essentials. No restaurant. Refrigerator there. Great budget hotel in a convenient but quiet location. Lovely pool, our room was a good size and had been partially renovated in the bathroom. The sheets were very clean but old and the bed was extra firm. There is 4 floors and has an elevator. Friendly staff.

Unfortunately, it's gotten pretty loud at Sawadee Place. The long-standing regular guests have now been joined by an increasing number of guests who are increasingly literally throwing the heavy room doors, moving the furniture into the room and are otherwise quite loud, especially in the evening and at night, which is extremely unpleasant and quite annoying. Something should be done here urgently. The pleasant tranquility of the earlier years in this hotel no longer exists.

Great tip for those on a budget, clean, family-run hotel. Cleaning is done every day and fresh towels are provided. Bed linen is changed twice a week. Inventory very simple.

I've been here for 23 days and I'm very satisfied so far. It's a nice old hotel with very nice staff. You will be helped if you have questions or problems. The maids do their job very well. The hotel is old and perhaps needs to be renovated little by little. But everything works. And the price is really good.

A somewhat outdated hotel but service friendliness and cleanliness was top. The swimming pool and the outdoor area were also top. Due to the Corona crisis, technical and optical work was done very respectably. Bathrooms were renewed and the pool was tiled in natural stone. The rooms are spacious, refrigerator air conditioning and huge Beds. I'm back here after 5 years of the Corona crisis and will book it again. The price-performance ratio is right.Greetings Nobbi.

Cheap price at the hotel, good service, clean rooms, but the rooms are not soundproof. The room next to it and the room above were shaking together so loudly that we could hardly answer our children's questions. Everything is good. Except for the noise next to you.
