Definitely not 4 stars in anything but the shower and the bed linen. Bed is uncomfortable. Aircon is manually operated on the wall. So you have to get out of bed to adjust it. Fan sounds like an aircraft taking off. Vintage.Walls are thin and someone in the next room was swearing (loudly enough I could tell you which part of the Uk they're from) and either coughing or vomiting until 3am. When I complained about this the next day, the staff said " they're a long term resident. I pointed out it doesn't make it ok for them to disturb other guests. I didn't receive even a one word apology. So 3 * became 2. Stay here if you get a deal and don't mind being out of town. Not worth close to the standard price. Not recommended.

I stayed for four days. Service is okay. This is a non-smoking 🚭 hotel. The thing is located a bit inside. The welcome is good.The room is okay. They will.change the blanket and towel every day. Will place the two water bottles every day.I am not sure why they called 4 star. Hope the towel and bed sheets are removing. There are some instructions to follow. Otherwise, there will be a fee to charge. Keep I that mind.There is no breakfast in this hotel. You have to go to their nearest Nova hotel for that. But you can get some meal around near by food stall. Not in the morning.7 eleven and more things nearby. But make sure to check the road when crossing for the stores.Easy access to the Terminal 21 and Central Marina. There are more nova names hotel. So make sure to say Nova gold for grab and delivery services.Washing cloth services are available nearby. The coin washing machines are not working sometimes. They just eat money.They asked for a refundable deposit at the check-in.There is a pool and gym available to access. But I didn't use it.Also have Thai massage service available for extra charge.Cool place, but there is no good view. It's worth the price.

The hotel is spacious, clean, and the staff are service-minded. Beaming Plus it's really cheap and good.But the sound of people coming to stay Always open the door loudly. Sometimes standing drunk, talking and arguing in front of the room, socializing. Most of them are Arabs. The corridor smells slightly of cigarettes. This is not to blame on the hotel. Blame the manners of the people staying.

The room is ok, but it smells musty. The bathroom smell was strong and a bit smelly. The rest is very ok. The room is clean, all items are used. The location is considered not separate and can walk to the beach, but a bit far.

Had a good stay for 12 nights.* Rooms are pretty dirty to be honest with you.* I would rate it 3 stars and not 4 as all the hotel sites say.* The AC is loud and blows right on the bed. No lesser setting than pretty loud.* I had a fridge even tho no site listed it. But boy was it loud when it started cooling about 2 times every hour!* Room cleaning was any time from 11 to 14 but it was no problem to ask them to come back later.* Reception was very nice I don't know what the negative comments I read was about.* Nice location. Especially if you want to be close to to soi 6.* Quiet area but a base beat from somewhere until late. Barely heard it inside didn't bother me whatsoever.* Laundromat outside the entrance basically.* Fair priced Thai restaurant just outside the entrance to get you that quick meal on arrival and in the morning. Do give their pork fried in garlic a try. With Sriracha they have on the table. So good.I would stay here again but I would bring the receptionist up to check the room with me.P.S Be aware of the first turn on the road to 7-eleven when walking. Cars make tight turns around that bend.
