The walls are so thin that you can hear people talking and sneezing in the next room. Also, in rooms facing the road, the music from the bar next door or across the street is noisy. Price and cleanliness are okay. The short shower hose is also a bad thing.

This hotel is conveniently located near Soi Bukkao and the rooms are spacious and quiet. Highly recommended for the cost performance. The negative points are the lack of electrical outlets and the weak water pressure in the shower. Also, the towels are old. There are few electrical outlets, so an extension power cord is essential. Also, the hair dryer is not permanently installed, so it is better to borrow it immediately upon check-in. Breakfast is not included, but there are many 100 baht breakfast restaurants nearby.

Walking past the hotel is actually obscured by the Copperspoon restaurant. The hotel entrance is down the side but easy to fine. Susie and staff will look after you with a big smile and the cleaning ladies are all nice too. It’s well priced and very popular so book early. I’ll be staying there again.

It's about 150m south of Soi21 from Bukkao.The entrance (front desk) of the hotel does not face the road, so it may be difficult to understand if it is your first time.On the road side, there is a cafe attached to the hotel, and it's a small cafe that doesn't look like an SOI, so you might want to go for that.The mother and sister at the front desk are friendly.The security guy at night is also kind (though he doesn't look like he's kind).Rooms are available from the second floor, with standard rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and superior and deluxe rooms on the 4th and 5th floors.Only the deluxe rooms have a sofa.A card key is required to enter the building from the front desk, but the room key is not a card, but a key that you insert into the keyhole.The electricity in the room is turned on by inserting a plastic card with a key into a designated spot on the wall.If you don't plug it in, nothing will work except the refrigerator, and the air conditioner will stop working.The standard bed is hard and the superior bed and above are soft beds.It's true that the deluxe bed was soft, but I never felt like I was sinking down.There is a very simple kitchen in the room, but there are no cooking utensils or dishes.Towels are only bath towels and mats, no hand towels.There was shampoo and soap, but no conditioner, toothbrush, cap, etc.There are also no tissues in the room.I think the water pressure is average for Pattaya.The deluxe room is the smallest, and the sofa makes it even smaller.It seems that the room grades were assigned only based on the direction of the balcony, with the deluxe rooms facing the road.Wi-Fi is convenient because once you connect it, it doesn't turn off when you don't use it, and it stays connected all the time.Is it rare in Pattaya? Please note that there is no pool.

Brilliant option in a low-mid range budget. The rooms are big and the place is spotlessly clean. Staff friendly and helpful. I will definitely consider this hotel for my next stay.The only downside is lack of pool. If that's your requirement look elsewhere.

I have three nights here, and have great experiences.Staffs are so cute and friendly, room view is great, lovely balcony, and there’s a little garden make me feel like home, great location and price.But make sure have some equipment if you are really sensitive to noise, there is not very quiet in the night .

Stayed in a standard double with garden view for 8 nights.Good:• A comfortable chair to sit on in room to work.• Furniture with plenty of drawers.• Kitchenette with sink, kettle, large fridge/freezer.• Located in central Pattaya, near Soi Buakhao.• Table and two chairs plus clothes rack on balcony.Bad:• Bed is quite firm but if you upgrade to the other two room types there are softer beds.• No bathtub and towel rack over the toilet.• No microwave.• No onsite parking for cars which was a problem for me. Enquired about it and there are a couple of spaces available but in reality they are always used (probably by staff). Free parking in Tree Town carpark which is not that convenient.• No tissue in room, only toilet paper.• One key to unlock/open door, one large fob to turn on electricity in the room and one card to get in lift/stairs area.• Only one bedside table.• Wi-Fi could be better - sometimes struggled to watch streams especially at full quality.Overall decent however there are better options around.

Hmm, it's just a pity that there is no gym. There is a gym within a 5-minute walk away that costs 140 baht per day, but is there no gym in Pattaya for this price? It's not good and there are a lot of ants. If you like drinking at beer bars, eat here. I don't like drinking at beer bars, so I didn't like it.
