The service and food was great. The location is not too far from the beach. The room is decently big. The bathroom didn't have a lock however. The inclusion of a clean swimming pool is definitely a big plus.

The air conditioning system had a problem. I reported it to them and they told me to wait, but nothing improved. After about 15 minutes, they offered to change rooms.

Our group was here and it was kind of scam. The girls out there scammed the men for money and created a lot of problems for them. This hotel takes tourists for granted

The welcome drink is very smiley. And the hotel bar boy is very much rude behavior. At the opposite of the swimming pool. But the hole management is very much good. And the maintenance is also very very good

If you want to spoil your vacation, then feel free to move here!!!!)The service is terrible, they wanted to cheat me out of 2t baht, they said that they smoked IQOS sticks in the room (the cleaning lady was rummaging through the trash, found an old pack of sticks, pulled it out, and started taking pictures, I’ve never seen anything like this). And when the police arrived, we went upstairs to the room, where there was no smell of anything at all, and that’s when they got caught! Guys, be careful, the hotel owners and staff are scammers!!!!! If it weren't for the Thai police, we would have had 3 skins torn off!!! The police took our side, since there were no smells or garbage, they themselves were overjoyed at this situation and twisted it at the staff’s heads... There are plenty of other hotels, be careful

The rooms are nice, hotel not far from the sea but requires a means of transport, swimming pool with some broken tiles that can cause cuts, breakfast not suitable for Europeans. Very Indian.

The worst experience ever. If you book room here U can't sleep. Their bed and pillows are the playground of bedbugs. And if you want to complain they will charge you some additional amount as fine for some other reason.

The service staff is excellent and very cute. If I go to Pattaya, I will go back here every time.🥰❤️ Please allow me to edit. The most recent visit was that the room was not as good as before. Checked in for 1 hour. The sheets were not very clean. The room smelled of cigarette smoke.
