Beautiful and serene property in the middle of Pattaya. The Indian Cheff (Om Ji) is awesome and will spoil your tastebuds. The owner (Nishant) is very friendly and will leave no stone unturned to make your stay memorable.

This is the 2nd time I stayed at the this hotel. It's centrally located and there are many resturants and Street food near to this hotel. Staff are co operative and given check in arrival. One of the room having some issue with airconditioner and when requested it's resolved by the technitian. Hotel has a large pool and a small restaurant and they serve fresh food.Overall good experience and recommended for anyone looking for a decent stay in budget. Would like to visit this hotel in near future.

Employee's attitude is bad. I wonder if they don't know the concept of courteous customer service.There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room I stayed in. There are traces of mosquitoes killed by other people all over the room.Are mosquitoes in the bathroom ventilation fan? ? I think it's happening a lot since then.I went to a convenience store to buy insecticide with my own money.The insecticide was gone in about 3 hours. There were so many mosquitoes.I think there were probably more than 50 of them.I had booked this hotel for a week, but checked out on the first day.I was able to get a refund through Booking.com, but I was told that I would have to deal with Booking.com myself regarding the refund.In the end, they did not return the 500 baht deposit.When I asked for my 500 baht deposit to be returned, they responded by saying, ``I forgot.''This has never happened at any other hotel before.I have traveled all over the world and this was the worst hotel I stayed in.Definitely not recommended.I couldn't sleep even once all day because of the mosquitoes.I can hear the buzzing of mosquitoes in my ears over and over again.

The atmosphere in the room has loud music all night, only from the house across the street, making it impossible to sleep because the music is loud all night, not worth the price paid, and there is a slight smell in the room from the water system in the bathroom. Doesn't flow well

Booked through Agoda, checked in around 8 p.m., when told that the room was not available, the room was full. Contacted to request a refund, told to contact Agoda yourself, contact was difficult and contact was quiet.

I needed to adjust the timing for my schedule, so I chose this place because it was cheap, but it is a place that only rents shabby accommodations that are worse than warehouses at a low price. The remodeled place seems neat, but the price is expensive. If that price is right, you need to pay more and make a reservation. There is no place. There are many other places.The two older female receptionists responded without making eye contact and were unfriendly as if they were annoying. Although it was a cheap accommodation, it was very shabby.

Stayed on 5 May '24. At night it was past midnight when we walked in. The hotel informed us that there were the last 2 rooms left at a price of 1500/baht per room. The atmosphere outside is ok. Going inside is very musty. The room is dirty, the pillows and blankets are not clean. Overall very bad. Everything is the worst. The sound of water running all the time at 3:00 AM. Didn't sleep until morning It was the first experience I've had since I was in school. Overall, I can't forget it.
