The accommodation is next to the sea. There are food shops around the accommodation. The floor in the room may be a little old. The room has amenities such as a microwave, kettle, large refrigerator, hair dryer, and dishes here are good. medium sized pond There is a shuttle to the pool. Good service staff It is considered passed.

Very nice front desk staff and housekeeping team. We had a medical emergency and excellent care was taken by Oat, Fun & Nawam.9 bedroom pool villa is perfect for a crazy time with friends OR relaxed time with family.Rubber duck, water chute/slide, karaoke and pool table are great attractions for all.Thank you for a memorable holiday.

Stayed at Pool Villa number 25 on September 3-5. The house is big, the room is very spacious, clean, not expensive, next to 7-Eleven, next to the sea. Even though it's not very new, it's very comfortable to stay. Very chill.

Daily room The room is not okay at all. The mattress collapses and causes back pain. The mattress is old. The room is old even though it has been renovated. The air conditioner was noisy all night, couldn't sleep, didn't sleep well at all. The bathroom has water flowing all night. Very disappointed with the money It should be improved and corrected as well.

The AC is near useless and the toilet is even worse than a gas station. The TV out of 421 channels only has 2 foreign channels. The bed was somewhat comfy, the staff were really nice, location was 6min walk from the beach though they claim it's by the beach, well unless you consider the information building which is the bait to grab people. There were free motorcycles who could bring you back, the thing that makes the price high was the pool, but it is fairly deep. We actually got a flu from the AC which means they probably didn't clean for so long, and the "view" was just the parking lot. We paid for 5 days, but only stayed 2 days. Can't standing without AC. And wasted our money. 😣😣😣😣😣😣

The toilet blower is very loud, the sheets have a strong smell (after removing them, I found a large suspicious blood stain on the mattress), the TV indicator light is glaring, the big bed is made of two uneven single beds, and the toilet paper tube cover It will fall suddenly. No redeeming qualities except being close to the beach. AVOID this hotel.

Who is thinking of staying here? I can say just one word: run away, for the first and only time. Not worth the price, the water flow is very light. Dust and cobwebs were everywhere. There was a lot of black mold in the bathroom. It's like not washing, sweeping, or mopping.

The old room was not as good as if the air conditioner compressors were facing each other. The noise was very loud. How did you think of doing this? And the air conditioner doesn't turn off at all. How do I sleep first?

Not recommended, not worth the price paid.The only thing is that the room is big and has a big mirror.It's like being next to the beach. It looks like it's a close walk, but it's not. You have to take a car for about 300 meters. There's only an office next to the beach. Not worth the price at all Strongly not recommended It's like a villa that few people stay in. not cared for Somewhat unclean The window blinds were broken and holes were broken. From the outside, looking and seeing There are cobwebs in the hole in the ceiling. The bathroom was not clean, had a smell, had stains, was moldy, the sound of the shower and water heater was loud like someone shouting loudly. There is a window in the bathroom. Even though the curtains were closed, the people in the room Look into it and see it well. When doing business, I feel uncomfortable at all. There isn't anything in the coffee room. There were only two bottles of water. There was no trash can. Tissues are only available in the bathroom. The balcony is dirty, a lot of dust, the air conditioner flows like a waterfall. Notify the accommodation and they will send a technician to repair it. Then let us wait in the room with other people in the room. Do you understand? If it was somewhere else, they would change the room for you. Or upgrade the room for me.

Wouldn't actually give 1 star if I had a choice. Terrible service. It's more like an army barracks than anything else. Ants, cockroaches, outdated and really unclean. Stains on mattress and sheets. Would steer well clear! Also won't return your deposit for some silly reason they will make up to deny you it back. Please beware that the accommodation is nothing like the photos. And the rooms are far away from the reception. Don't waste your money there are so many really nice places to stay around pattaya

does not match the photos at all, room was dirty, window too small with dirty, dirty curtains hanging in front of it, so a lot of light comes in at night because a lamp is on, bathroom door is peeling, floor is broken, stains in the sheets, shower that is still never seems to be cleaned. DO NOT GO HERE!!

The first coastline, and even if you live in a 2-story building behind the pool, you will have to reach the sea. take a walk, or ride a motorcycle). Quiet, again, if you live further away, in the depths of the garden. The area is large, green, squirrels are running, birds are singing)) By the way, the pool is good, clean, but (of course) there are not enough sun loungers for everyone. The state of the number is dead. In our building, right on the back wall there were air conditioning units that hummed wildly all day long, and since each toilet had a window covered with a mesh, the air conditioners could be heard very well. Towels were brought every 2-3 days, but there was no cleaning (a couple of times they swept the floors themselves). The reception staff are different, we were unlucky and the Thais did not behave very well when we checked in. And yes, they won’t help you with a taxi here, don’t ask them to call a car) In general, all of the above did not spoil the impression of the holiday, and the room had everything for just coming there and spending the night.

For myself, it's not okay. The room is not clean. There's a lot of dust on it. The air conditioner isn't cool at all. The picture booked and the actual location do not match. Having to move rooms, there are few options. And the construction room has different dust levels. It's difficult to get in and out of the room, you have to call someone to come and pick you up because the accommodation is far away. Another thing is that the day I went on fire lasted almost two hours. But I couldn't do anything, so I had to sit and wait outside the room. It was very hot. I noticed that other hotels didn't turn off, but this hotel did. The correction was very delayed. Came to rest but came back to be a victim of disaster. Bad conclusion.
