Everything is that the rooms are very clean and fragrant. I love them. The price is good and not expensive. The service is very good.

There seem to be a lot of employees. But the service is the most terrible that I have ever encountered. Pity the owner should know what kind of people the employees who work for him are. When I first came in, there was no welcome or any kind words. We came to want to rest. But there was a sound from the room above, pounding the floor, almost breaking through. Press the phone down from the room and no employee speaks back. The phone is broken and cannot be used. So I went down to ask what was making so much noise upstairs. The officer gave him a very troublesome look, like we were in trouble. And the employees acted like they were the same group, like they were ganging up on customers. Use a dissatisfied tone He doesn't seem to want to talk to customers. The hotel's mobile phone number was not on silent. No one knows where the phone is, no one is holding it. We've been calling since morning and haven't been able to reach them. Employees here really shouldn't be doing service work. There is no Service Mind. There is no apology for every action. Just came to read the reviews here. It seems that the same employees are still working.

The hotel itself is decent, the room is quite large and clean. Apart from the shower which is a disaster, no hot water the shower head which barely flows. The entire shower would have to be redone.

Checking the room took too long. 20 minutes had passed and the inspection was still not finished. If it takes this long for the reception, you can inform the customer so they can sit and wait.

Booked a room for three people, there was no refrigerator, the seat in the room didn't match the cover, the TV was removed, the sofa was stuck on the other side, it seemed like it was disabled. The kettle isn't being used at all. Let the dust cling to the small room lights. The bathroom where you shower has water because the floor is uneven, like the drain pipe was placed on the wrong side. The shower is very little water. What kind of level adjustment is the same as before? There isn't a level that has a lot of flow at all. The bed is definitely not changed. Smelly, unclean, and had stains. And there was trash in the room under the sink. He probably forgot to put it away. The elevator only has to go up to the 5th floor in order to walk down the stairs to the third floor again. I don't know what the picture in the advertisement is not accurate at all. Very little parking If this counted there were four cars at the entrance to the counter. The front of the building next to the road should hold no more than 4 cars. It's really quiet, like there's really no one there.
