The counter and restaurant staff list is great! Others are very ordinary, not even saying hello! The room is large and there are very few sockets. It is recommended to bring an extension cord of at least 3-5m! There is a bathtub!

Beds are not soft, not properly cleaned and very hard and when you asked for king size bed, they provide twin beds adjoining.Staff are very arrogant and not good behaviour with anyoneI have been given Room with twin beds adjoining on 3rd floor, though I have given special request before 1 month about King size bed with Top floor.On arrival, staff at reception rudely behave with me in this regards

Choose to stay in this room because of the Jacuzzi tub, large room, beautiful view, good atmosphere, next to Bali Hai Pier and walking street.

The location is not very safe. It is dangerous when entering because it is at a curve and then up a bridge. There are no plugs in the rooms to use the phone at the bedside and there are very few other areas. The receptionist at the parking lot speaks very badly. The facial expressions of both of them from the beginning of their stay were in an inadequate manner and shouted at the customers. But when they were sitting using their cell phones, they got up to greet the customers and then gave directions for the customers to drive. I was very confused. It was the first time I had encountered something like this and was not impressed. The receptionist is quite old, but he uses a clear face and doesn't use a good tone of voice to deal with customers. I am very confused at this hotel. But the service staff in the San Nam area provide good service and the porters are helpful and give good advice.

I went during the rainy season, so when I opened the window, the floor got soaked with humidity.There is a lot of traffic until the morning, so it is recommended to sleep with the windows closed.It's a good place to enjoy the sea, but it's a little far from the center.The deposit was 1000 baht.

My recent stay in the hotel was uneventful. What I found extremely strange about the hotel is that it doesn't have a functional kitchen throughout the day for all days of the week. During my stay in the hotel in July,,I had submitted a written suggestion stating that if the hotel wants itself to be labelled as a good hotel, the minimum action which it should take immediately is that it should have a functional kitchen 24/7 to cater to the food needs of its guests. Just imagine,if a couple with small children arrives in the hotel in late evening after a long journey and is told that the kitchen has closed down for the day and that they need to go down in the ' walking street '.or'7/11 to buy food, what impression will they have of this hotel. It's actually beyond belief that a hotel can't provide food in all hours of the day and night. It's actually shameful.During my visit in Aug,I didn't find any reactions to my suggestions submitted in July. The hotel completely ignored the suggestion.Unfortunate.

Not a comfortable place, very bad location no transport options far off from everything for walking. The rooms are smelling, AC takes time to cool, urine smell around the property. Beds are not soft very hard, shower water is never hot it's like warm only. Staff behaviour is bad, they have very few guests & still don't respond on time. Their restaurant is closed by 8 PM which is very odd as that's normally dinner time. They don't understand English very hard to explain. They send a dish they understand & don't listen to our request. Better to call them and show them on the menu card which might take 30 to 40 mins just to order.

Worst stay of all.Terrible service, substandard rooms, poor location, disappointing staff service.We booked our stay for 3 days but highly unsatisfactory as everything in this hotel is just pure disappointment from staff at reception to staff in restaurant to room quality. Dont waste your vacations by staying in this hotel, much hotels are available at better locations.

The view from the room is good.I made a reservation through Agoda, but I couldn't get confirmation and had to wait at the reception for over 30 minutes.The facilities seem old, such as the air conditioner being noisy and the shower being old, but I think it's worth the price.The cleaning was thorough and the staff was very responsive.Breakfast had enough variety.There was also a pool, which the children enjoyed.

Worst service. Very rude front desk staff and very bad room maintenance. There is a sewerage treatment plant adjacent to the hotel and it smells horrible in balcony. Also be assured, they will definitely charge you over some stupid reason and cut money from the deposit you give while check-in.

By God, if there was a negative score, I would have given them a million negatives. They were treated like asphalt. The reception was like asphalt. Even the room service was treated very, very badly. On top of it, the location was on a sewer. My experience with them was very, very bad. It was enough that we came to them at 12 o’clock at night and took the necessary measures. 3 hours. I do not recommend it at all... loving advice 🙏

Good hotel but the laudry service is not efficient, when they gave me the washed clothes, it wasn’t dry and it looked like it wasn’t washed. They just had good smell, expect that it wasn’t wash and dry correctly…

Non-smoking room But the smell of cigarettes is very strong. Most of the employees are nice and cute, except for the aunt who lives at the front desk. I don't know how they selected it. Looks unfriendly The rest are all cute.
