Spacious, well designed studios, but with some drawbacks.At first we were impressed when we entered the studio room. There’s a good sized bed with comfortable mattress, a sofa, dining table and even a kitchenette with a stovetop.At a closer look we found some things to be missing, especially for a longterm stay: the stovetop burners were disabled, there’s no microwave in the room (only 1 available at lobby). And for us the biggest issue was the refrigerator, a hotel mini-bar type that barely got cold and certainly is not suitable to keep food fresh. We asked if all rooms have this kind of fridge and were told that this is from the previous (building?) owners, and that also the longstay rentals have this kind of fridge.Also there’s no separation or divider between the bed and the sofa, it would be nice to have at least a curtain or some sort of visual divider in case one person would like to rest, and the other work or watch TV.There are a few covered parking spots for cars, but they were often occupied.The location is not great. It’s a bit far from Thappraya road, but on the positive side, there’s no street noise.We enjoyed our 4 nights at the Rizin and would probably stay again in low season if the rates are <700B per night.

RUDE FRONT DESK!!! Once you check out, it's like you're not a customer anymore. I've never encountered a front desk/manager who raises her voice, and says "Can't you see I'm busy?" 😂

Great rooms, however I found no cutlery in the kitchen and the fridge was just a tepid cooler. It is a good location if you are looking for somewhere quiet. Other than that, the closest convenience store is a long way on foot. Same for public transport.

We checked into this hotel for a week at the end of our vacation and regretted that we had not done this earlier. This is just a very cozy, clean and chic room, everything in it is thought out to the smallest detail. Large bathroom with all toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, large towels. In the studio, all the furniture is arranged very conveniently and does not take up much space. There is a stove, an extractor hood, 2 air conditioners, a free minibar, as a compliment from the hotel. I can't wait to come back here againOn the 1st floor there is a cafe with very tasty and inexpensive food and a large clean swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers

Me and my boyfriend planned to stay for 6 months mainly because of the surrounding being quiet but still close to a lot of things in Pattaya and for the reasonable price.We signed the contract and moved in, but the next day we got woken up early by construction in the building next door just a few meters away. This was never mentioned by the staff or anywhere in the contract. We endured 1 sleepless month and asked the staff to somehow help or compensate us but all they did was say sorry.We decided to move out and expected to get our deposit back but the owner told us through the staff that it's not their problem.I will not recommend this place to anyone in the near future as we were told after we decided to move out that the construction has been going on for a while on and off and will most likely continue much longer.

We started off by staying at the hotel for 3 nights but then decided to change to the residential side.The hotel was fine but when we changed to the residential building, what was never mentioned was the loud music and construction next door.We endured about 1 month, during that time we tried to talk to the staff about the noise and any possible solution but all we received was an apology and were told there was nothing they could do.We signed a 6 month contract where nothing about any noise is stated even though later we were told they have been working there on and off for a long time.We decided to move out as they start early in the morning and finish late afternoon. The owner of the building told us through one of the nice employees that they will not give back our deposit as it's not their problem, the only solution was for us to move out if we don't like it.Just to conclude this rant if you value sleep and a peace of mind, find someplace else to stay to avoid getting ripped off.

The rooms are spacious, good-looking, airy and pleasing to the eyes. The staff provide good service, especially the auntie at the reception who speaks nicely and smiles (but the other older woman's face is a bit sullen).The bathroom is wide, but the toilet is a flushing machine, which may not be convenient for most Thai people.There is a small cafe downstairs and food is also delivered. The food is delicious.Parking is a little less.Overall, it's considered good for a price of less than a thousand.

The Rizin is a great hotel to stay in. The people that work here are very nice and friendly. Rooms are cozy. My bed seems to be two twin beds side by side to make a bigger bed and they also seem to be somewhat used spring mattresses. The TV I noticed, does not have an hdmi port. Besides that, they have a great cafe downstairs and great amenities. It’s an overall great deal!

The first feeling when entering the room smells good. Fully furnished If you stay for one day, I think it's good. But we stayed for 1 week and it became evident that the housekeeping was not very good at cleaning. On the 3rd night, I told the housekeeper to change the bedsheets and she said they hadn't prepared them and acted like she didn't want to change them. The toilet was not flushed. The sink doesn't wipe where the stains used to be. Until the 7th day, the stain was still in the same place. Until the last day, I called through reception, but when I came back the stain was still there. Until the sink stinks So it's better to move to another hotel. Plus, the bed was reserved as a single bed, but the hotel used it as a double bed, joined together by a spring groove in the middle. The bed is extremely hard.
