It is a good sized hotel for a relaxing day. The atmosphere is calm.-The bed is very soft, lean on it and you'll fall asleep anywhere.-The air conditioner is cool.-The soaking tub in the large bathroom is not uncomfortable. The water flows strong and the water is warm. clear cold water- Beautifully decorated, has everything. Prepare only clothes. - Open the room and go in. It smells great.-The view from the room of the sunset is exactly in the room, very beautiful, very impressive.-There is a lot of international breakfast, comparable to famous hotels.-Large swimming pool, good size, very fun to swim in. -Fitness room equipment very complete and-There are many photo corners at the hotel.-Next to the sea, very complete.-Employees are well trained and have good manners. Say hello to customers all the time.**Little parking space if you have already stayed. Focus on living in a hotel and relaxing happily.Going for the first time is a very good memory of our vacation with my girlfriend 😊

Been here a few times and always very happy, but this time was a surprise. The room had mold which was so strong that we couldn’t use the aircon. Keeping the window open all day was the only solution. The second room we booked had the same problem unfortunately.The biggest plus point in this hotel is the breakfast which is one of the best we ever had.The staff here is also very kind and professional.Due to the room problem I wouldn’t come back here.Edit: I tried several times to contact the hotel and the LK Hotel management several times but never got any reply. Sadly they don’t want to solve the problem.

Beautiful from the moment you walk into the lobby. As in the picture, the whole room is beautiful, the whole view is beautiful (stayed in a sea view room). Another thing that is very impressive is My boyfriend informed me that he wanted to make it a surprise because it was my 1 year anniversary. The accommodation found a swan and came with a card, even though it was a small thing. But I'm very impressed.

First of all, as soon as I entered the entrance, I was impressed by the very beautiful lobby! ︎The breakfast was buffet style and included not only Thai food, but also bread and sushi, so I had a very satisfying meal!The rooms are surprisingly spacious for this price, the bathrooms are clean, and there is room service. The view of the sea from the balcony was also very beautiful as it is located by the sea.If I have a chance, I will stay here again!

A nice hotel in North Pattaya. The room is nice with neccessary amenities. Breakfast is great! There're a lot of selection. The staff are friendly, especially the guy on the night shift. He is very polite and very helpful.The hotel is just right to the beach. However, the front beach is not suitable for swimming as there're many rocks but you can walk shortly to the next one.It is walkable to the centre around 10 mins but you can also take hotel shuttle bus.I definitely come back to this hotel next time.Direction: If you miss the entrance near Dolphin circle, you can go to Soi Na Kluea 20. This road is easier to drive.

At first I thought the facilities were a bit old and the main color was gold, but the actual situation was much better than expected. It was just that the location was a bit quiet and there was no convenience store nearby. However, the hotel provides a shuttle bus to Terminal21 which is enough to make up for it. Personally, I think the only shortcoming is The design of the toilet seat is a bit strange and the bathtub is too high. One point was deducted.

Who is deciding? Will come to stay in Pattaya.I would like to recommend this hotel.No matter the price, location, service.Attention to service and very good roomsAt first I didn't book at this hotel.Booked at a nearby hotel, not good at all.So I went looking for it as soon as I came in to see it. and asked about other things The receptionist gave a very good answer. Let me tell you, it was very good.I didn't think that if I hadn't booked there would be a room, but there was, and the room was very good, exactly as in the picture that other people posted quickly.The picture posted is the dining room. In the morning I came down to eat breakfast. There is a wide variety of food of very good quality. The staff provided good service and good care.In the future, if I have to stay in Pattaya, this will be the first place.

The ProsThis a beautiful hotel, Great facilities and beautiful big room with lots of onsite facilities to relax at a resort.The staff were very friendly and couteous.The buffet was reasonably stocked for westerners and the coffee was quite good for those coffee snobs.Cute local dog out the front in the afternoons ( can be a bit snappy but seems to adore the kids)The hotel had a compact yet good gym facilities for those looking for a workout including dumbbells, free weights and machines.The hotel location was very quiet with the seaview rooms having sweeping views over the pool and into the Gulf of Thailand...stunning.All in all, I would recommend this hotel for a family.The ConsWe felt the location was a bit far out of the action such as bars, restaurants and beaches. As a couple, that's what we wanted.The actual room is very noisy from neighbouring tourists as the areas outside of the outside of the room are tiled and bounce the noise around, echoing into the room. Not an issue if the people staying actually had respect for their neighbours, however we were woken in the middle of the night with screaming children, and early morning with people yelling at eachother as they were leaving.We found the temperature in the room a little warm, however we do like to sleep cool, so personal preference.On check out, we were charged for the bottled water, however there was no mention on the menu that this cost money.The concierge appear to have kickbacks going for local taxi services, use a Grab otherwise their mates rock up in dodgy vans

I had a great experience here. Very quiet with great sea views and food. The rooms where clean and comfortable. Not far to walk to bars and restaurants. And about 30min walk to soi 6 if you are into that scene. Great place to get away from the craziness of pattaya and relax. Many western food around this end of beach road and a short walk to terminal 21 mall.

The location is not good because it is in a corner...but(That’s how good the cost-effectiveness is)It's next to the sea (you can't go in. For Instagram)The swimming pool was large and nice.I loved looking at the sea while eating breakfast.The room condition is also excellent.

Be careful and study the entrance according to the GPS, enter the alley that goes through from the back. Don't enter the dolphin roundabout. The alley is narrow and very difficult to drive. The hotel itself is beautiful, luxurious, and the food is very good. It's another place that I highly recommend.

The rooms are very nice and the service is perfect! Every request was dealt with very quickly. The shuttle to Terminal 21 also works very well and picking up is really great as it is otherwise a bit inconvenient to walk. The Baltic Sea is quiet throughout the hotel and the gym is also very well equipped. The food we had was delicious and the breakfast was very filling. I would come again!

Stayed here for 2 weeks last year and it's was really nice , we came back to Pattaya a year later and came to the restaurant which is really good , nice food , not expensive and a great view , all in a good hotel but also a good restaurant if you want to get out of the centre of town

Well, I’m still writing 😝The hotel is beautiful outside and inside, but there are a few BUTs!There is a lot of black mold and fungus everywhere in the hotel, especially in wet areas. It is difficult to sleep in the rooms due to the smell of dampness and mold. You can get sick! I attach all the evidence in the photo. Breakfast is good, but more aimed at the Chinese. And they mostly live in the hotel. This is wild horror!!! They scream day and night. They're yelling in the hallways, it doesn't matter that it's 5 am, they're just having fun! Simply savages! They smoke in the rooms, they stink in our room. Culture? No, you haven’t heard!!!Hotel towels smell of urine, dampness and rotten rags. They are washed apparently without powder and conditioner.The linen is normal, clean, but there is also a smell. The room has: safe, iron, board, umbrella, kettle, spoons, glasses, mugs, tea bags, sugar, coffee, cream. In the bath: hairdryer, razor, shampoo, gel, lotion, cotton swabs, cap.The room cleaning is so-so and it doesn’t matter if you left them 40 baht. Three of them go to clean the room, but dirt remains everywhere, hair in the bathtub, dirty corners, dirty floors, where slippers and sneakers are. They didn’t push it back even once in 2 weeks.Sea and beach, one name. Stones!!! Low tide in summer. Many people walk along the beach to the center of the Grand Mirage.There is no 7/11 in the hotel area. A boring area in my opinion. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel to terminal 21 and back. Every 30min.It's a pity for the hotel, in a year it will bloom completely from mold and mildew. Humidity was not taken into account and there was no ventilation. There is an air conditioner and a small fan in the toilet, but they are of no use. As soon as I turned off the air conditioner, hello mold aromas. I do not recommend the hotel with children or those with allergies or asthma. Look for other options for your own health.

My husband and I are vacationing here right now. Previously, we were more often in the Pratamnak, Jomtien and Na Jomtien areas. As for the North of Tai... well, that's it. I'll start with the hotel, it itself is beautiful. Everything was done at a high cost. But they did not take into account the humidity of the climate. The hotel began to turn sour and rot, and there was black mold and mildew in many places. In the bedroom on frames and in the bathroom. If the air conditioner is turned off, it is difficult to breathe in the room, especially for those with allergies. A musty smell of mold. Metal corrosion began, everything in gold, copper, brass began to fade and turn black. As for the cleaning of the room, it was average, they could have done better! Three of the cleaners go from room to room. Often they just sit in an open room and look at their phones. Without being embarrassed that hotel guests are coming. They also often sit in the corridors on the stairs. A separate topic is towels! The average ones really stink of dog to your face! Those big ones are like rotten rags! It feels like washing towels without powder and conditioner. They've gone sour. In general, it’s not pleasant to use them! Next, regarding noise. You can hear absolutely everything from the neighboring rooms! And even more lucky if the neighbors are Chinese! They definitely didn’t hear what silence was. They yell 24/7 both in the common hall and in your room. They slam doors. Also the Chinese smoke in their rooms, which makes your room smell like it! Breakfast is more a reference for China. Lean pasta, overcooked, pureed once in 2 weeks. There are omelettes and scrambled eggs upon request. Sausages are sometimes sour. There is also chicken and fish. Rice at least 2 types. The coffee is ok, you can drink it. There are desserts. Not a lot, but there is some. Excellent for breakfast, there is plenty to eat. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel to terminal 21 and back. Every 30min. If it is not there, call the hotel and they will send you.There is no beach. The stones are huge. It’s not possible to go into the sea. (apparently this is why the Chinese live here because they don’t need the sea and don’t know how to swim) If you go towards the beach of the Tsentary hotel, you can walk along the shore, and not like we walked 2 km on Google map bypass! There, behind the stones, there is a beach and paid sun loungers of 100 baht. (this is for July 2024) As for entertainment nearby, no life has been noticed here after 21.00. To get everything you need to go to the center. (at the rear of terminal 21, where it is also quiet) taxis will not be willing to take your order to you and will also not be willing to take you from the center to the north. Tuk-tuk may be walking somewhere nearby, but I don’t know their route. In general, I don’t want to go to the north to live anymore. As for this hotel, urgently do something about the hood, your hotel will rot in a year or two. Although it is beautiful, you are poisoning people with mold in their rooms!!! I won’t be returning to your hotel either. All the photos I attached were taken personally.
