The room is beautiful and very spacious. Inside the room is not old. But it's not new.Big bed, comfortable pillows.The receptionist provides good service.Breakfast is too ordinary. They could do better or have only the hotel's signature menu.I really want it fixed.Regarding cleanliness within the room The bathroom floor had hair from a previous customer who opened the door and found it clearly in the middle of the bathroom. Long table under the TV There was clearly a sticky stain on a glass of water from a previous customer. I think the housekeeper should be trained in cleaning rooms again.The room price reserved is 1500. It should be cleaner.

Stayed 3 nights here, everthing is good, like room with balcony, cleaness, service and packing etc. but breakfast needs to improve, need more selection, but coffee is good no problem, will consider to stay here again on my next Pattaya trip

The room is not old, but it's also not new. The room is big, has lots of places to put things, convenient. The chair is large and comfortable. Good bed + pillows But there is no place to hang clothes in the bathroom. The water pressure is good. It's not deep in the alley. There is a 7/11 on the side, good prices, and a normal breakfast, enough to fill your stomach.

The hotel will be in Pattaya Sai 3. The location will be a little far from the sea.The hotel has a swimming pool and breakfast buffet style.There is indoor parking under the hotel.The receptionist is very caring. Plus I upgraded the room. Thank you very much.

The accommodation is clean and comfortable, suitable for running errands. Or stay without focusing on the sea view.Importantly, the breakfast is delicious and very suitable for the price.This is definitely a place to stay in Pattaya when you come again.

New hotel, good service staff Good view, not crowded, spacious room, soft and comfortable bed, very soul-sucking to sleep on. There are slippers, 2 bottles of water, wide bathroom, separated wet and dry areas. And there was a big bathtub with shower cream, shampoo, and a shower cap, but no toothbrush set. There is also a swimming pool and sauna. But we didn't go to use the service. There is a 7-Eleven opposite the hotel. There is parking opposite the hotel. There is a chance to go to stay again.

The Siamese hotel in July of 2024 was a mixed experience.On the positive side:• This is a low rise hotel and was quiet, with large spacious rooms and a massive wrap-around counter.• The balcony was equipped with 2 chairs, a small table, and a large wall-mounted clothes rack.• The mattress was nice and firm, and the decor was a nice color palette.• I was greeted by the concierge and bellboy who led us to our room.• The lighting in the room was good.• The floor-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall black-out curtains were a nice touch.• The food service area had good coffee and cappuccino with nice ambience.However, there were some downsides as well:• The hotel lacked air conditioning in the halls and elevators, which had a musty odor and the hallway was dark and tired-looking.• No hair conditioner provided.• The cleaning is well below par and the room and furniture were well-used and had seen better days.• The shower had lots of mold• Flat-screen TV was too small for the size of the room, with poor channel reception.• I arrived to find a stain on my sheet, an inoperative safety box, and a warm, musty-smelling room.• The hotel would only provide 1 key card unless a deposit was provided, and they charged 50 bhat for each extra bath towel.• There was no shower mat for the extremely slippery floor when wet, and the towels were slightly grey, frayed, and well-used.• The unnecessary glass wall separation between the bathroom and bedroom lit up the room in the middle of the night when going to the bathroom disturbing my partner.• There was no outlet beside the bed to keep the phone charged and within reaching distance.• The bathroom in the main lobby was not air-conditioned.• There is no spare toilet paper provided so make sure there is enough before doing your thing because it took 10 minutes to have one delivered• The breakfast selection was limited, and the quality was below average.• The complimentary slippers are useless for men as they are too smallI am unable to comment on the location as I was on a private van tour and did not have to walk the area. I am also not able to comment on the amenities because I did not use them due to lack of time.Overall, I would look for another location in the future, as the hotel seemed to be cutting costs at the expense of service and quality.

Stayed on the 6th floor. The room was spacious and had a balcony with a view of the city. There were some areas that were deteriorating, such as the floor of the room being swollen in some places. In the bathroom, there were mold stains growing along the edge of the bathroom glass partition and the drainage hole. The Amenities stand was peeling and dusty as if it hadn't been wiped.Room cleaning notification The maid only came to make the bed for me. In the room, there were still scraps of candy on the table that the child had eaten. In the bathroom, there were still pieces of hair found.Breakfast seems to be prepared according to the number of guests. Because on Sunday morning some food ran out and there was no more to replenish even though the time had not yet expired.The employees provide good service and are very diligent in providing service. The swimming pool is a bit small. Just enough for children to play with.Comfortable mattress, cool air conditioning, 4 large and medium pillows. There is no dust on the mattress. But the extra mattress and bedsheets had a few stains, as if they couldn't be washed.The room door is heavy but keeps sound reasonably well. There is both underground parking and a parking lot in front of the hotel.Good location, there is a 7-11 nearby and a large toffee cake shop.
