The room is quite bright and clean. At this price, it also comes with breakfast and drop-off at the pier upon check-out. A great value and the best choice in Koh Lan!

The room is clean, the room price is not very expensive. But the air conditioner is not very cool. The water sprayer leaked on the 1st day.

Everything is fine, the air conditioner is good working, the plumbing is too. The water is really not very good, but I don't think it's the hotel's fault. It's nice to have good breakfast and friendly staff 🫶🏻It was especially pleasant when we forgot our phone after check-out, but the staff found it and returned to us and even took a photo to confirm the return 🥹

Booked 2 nights, stayed only one day. Woke up this morning to be inundated with mosquitoes and the water was not fresh water. Taking a shower is like just getting out of the sea. It's very greasy. The towels are all over the customer's hair. It's difficult to rinse off because it's salty water. Didn't wash himself thoroughly. When we went to talk, I apologized, but on the check-out day, I didn't speak in a good way (except for a note). I didn't want to talk because I would be angry that I complained, I wasn't friendly, and the room fee wasn't refunded. The room rate is not expensive but Should it be better? This is what I understand. In conclusion, I'm not impressed. It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Mosquitoes should be dealt with as well. Spray medicine as well. Customers can get sick. Buy good towels. Expensive but takes a long time. Even though it's cheap, I almost cried.

Last month, when I went to stay, we got the first room on the 2nd floor of the building with the entrance door, but the room had a problem: the water flowed very lightly. Extremely annoyed when taking a shower, but the room was ok, clean, and the surrounding area was calm. Breakfast is full enough for your stomach.

Staff seems like they don't want to help you, more being annoyed by the smallest reasonable question. We arrived with a not working shower. First we've got a "sorry, cannot be fixed) but after 3 attempts to get it fixed, it finally happened. The tap water tastes very bad, and we feel belly sick after one day - either the water or breakfast got us here, so please be careful! The scooter we got for an extra 300 in the afternoon was nice, but they tried to keep it after we checked out in the morning on the next day with the argument that one day ends with checkout. We are disappointed.

The staff were super careless. The bed sheets were not washed, the aircon dripped water onto the bed.The plumbing was broken wetting our sock when washing hands, the water heater was broken, sewer clogged and water brown...After showing photos of the problem to the receptionist, she guided us to another room where all the same problems were present.We couldn't stay there because of these problems and had to leave the property after inspecting two rooms.See the pictures attached to this review!

ENGLISH version belowNot recommended for 10 people, staying in a large house with 3 bedrooms. -The place and rooms are not very clean. The corridor is quite cluttered.- Edge equipment and some electrical appliances cannot be used or not working well The water is not flowing well.- Blankets and towels smell bad.-Fresh water/very salty bathing water After taking a shower, it's like not taking a shower, it's slippery and sticky. The soap doesn't have much foam because the water is hard.-There is no water heater!!! There is only one room available out of 3 rooms, and what is available is sometimes usable, some not 🙄-There is no delivery during the day. There is no motorcycle provided (or there is but not informed).- The water in the toilet is not clean.-Breakfast is small, there is no refill. The next person eats soup at all. There was hardly any rice and pork left.-Many owners don't allow food to be brought into the house to eat!! Let's sit and eat outside. It's raining and there are a lot of mosquitoes.-The bathroom door is old and very difficult to lock. Maybe it can't be locked.- Various light switches look very old and do not look neat.We went to this hotel, 10ppl 3 rooms. I ultimately don't recommend this place. Here are why...-The place is not clean.-Poor facilities-Stinky blankets and towels!!!-No vehicle services-Fresh water(Shower) is too salty!-NO WATER HEATER (from 2 of 3 rooms)-Only one water heater but still not functioning (poorly worked)-Water in toilet is very dirty-Soap and shower gel don't work because hard water.-the environment is quite dirty and unorganized-Breakfast was limited (No filling)-The owner is very picky! They don’t allow us to eat inside the house, even it’s raining and there were a zillions of mosquitoes! (They didn’t tell us at first but instead told us in the evening after coming back from the beach.)-The toilet door is very old and poorly works. The door is very hard to lock. (sometimes cannot)-Light switches are very old and looks unsafe.
