The location is perfect, the room is a decent size, and you have laundry service downstairs, as well as self-serve coffee.You will have a huge quantity of leaflets on absolutely all the activities available in Chiang Mai, or and how to book a scooter, which adds a real plus when it is the first place you do in this city,the small downside is that we can hear a bit of the neighbors and the bass from the bars, but that never stopped us from sleeping :) I recommend

Located in the ancient city, in an alley next to the main road, it is very quiet and I slept well. The room is clean and tidy, the price is cheap, laundry service is provided (very cheap), and there are chairs and lounge chairs in the lobby for rest. You can consider this hotel if you are staying for a short time or a long time.

I give it a 2 and not a one because the bed is comfortable and big but in 4 nights, not a single one has the wifi worked, which is something that when traveling I need when I get to the room to work or simply to distract myself, not a single day

The room is quite simple but it does its job.What seems like a joke to me is that out of 4 nights, not one of the wifi worked. One morning I saw one of the managers turning them on so it seems they turn them off at night for some reason I don't know.

For €3.92 each for three people you can't really complain. Fan worked, hot water, clean room. Maybe it's not the friendliest staff in the world, but I would still go back. The location is definitely the best thing. Not facing the main road, the only noises you can hear are the cats in the morning. 14 minutes by car from terminal 3 station, the center is all accessible on foot and on Sunday evenings the market is right next door!Note: no problem for early check-in, we arrived at 6 in the morning and they let us into the room straight away, which is more than appreciable!

In a city and especially in the "Old Town" there are hundreds of very special places to stay. For our budget and needs - JJ's was perfect. Quiet, organised, well positioned - it was great and when we needed a taxi at 5.30am in the morning to get to the station - the manager said she'd drive us.... no problem - such a gift!

There are only a few cheap hotels with single rooms within the city walls, and I've stayed at all of them, but I think this is the second best cheap hotel. (As of February 2023, single room 380 baht)*The price was 350 baht until January, so it seems that the price changes depending on the season. It's a little cheaper if you book through agoda.The best cheap hotel I recommend is right next to this guesthouse. Please look for it.Other people's reviews say that the staff is not friendly, but that's normal. This is normal Thai driving, so don't worry about it. It's a cheap hotel.WiFi speed is fine.Bath towels and soap are also provided in the room, but the only drawback is that there is no shampoo for some reason.Check-in is from 12:00, but check-out is also from 12:00, so of course we can't keep up with the cleaning of the room, so we can only enter the room from 2:00 pm each time.The door to the balcony of room 208 is broken, so you can't go out. Please request another room.
