Cute little hotel Welcomed by good service staff. Even though the hotel is small, the breakfast is diverse. Everything is delicious. The rooftop swimming pool has a good view. You can lie down and enjoy the breeze. The large room has a bathtub and all room amenities. There is parking under the building. The hotel is good and modern. Overall very good, worth the price.Things that need to be improved1. You should change the mattress. It's still a spring mattress that causes back pain. Another person moves and it shakes another person 😆2. Cleanliness in the bathroom. There is still soap, stains, and urine on the toilet bowl.3. The Blue Sword swimming pool will have a Jacuzzi tub. Open only 1 hour a day from 7:00-8:00 a.m., very little. I would like to increase the time to 3 times a day, morning, lunch, and evening, in order to have enough for the guests. Because the pool is very small Few people get off once. If another round is added, other people who cannot enter will be entered in the next round.

Starting from booking a room Because normally I don't reserve through the website.Agoda people are not good at waiting. I'm good at booking through numbers.Call the hotel and reserve through the hotel's Line only.Let's get to the point....ask via Line about what the room is like and how much. In the case of 3 people staying in 1 room, I'd like to see an example room from the picture. Because the third person must have an extra bed. For peace of mind before actually booking, but after transferring the full amount. The admin staff greeted Line and replied, ❌❌❌Until I was able to reserve 1 room, Brother Thai asked all sorts of questions ❌❌❌ In reality, I personally didn't ask many questions. Asking is a normal thing that customers should ask if they don't have Service Mind. So you don't have to come and do service work? And it was the first time staying in the service. Therefore, it spoils the atmosphere of tourism. Plus the full amount has been transferred.2 stories later, the shared breakfast is ok, but it's directly affected by the service mind of the kitchen department. Just asking what the menu is like. Because we will know if we can eat it or not. But the kitchen staff raised their voices and made expressions of displeasure ❌❌❌ For anyone who would like to use the services of staying here, just check your luck. Because no matter how good we are But there may be events that cause us to lose the mood of our vacation and travel. Just a few people destroy the feeling. For the next opportunity, will come to Pattaya. Definitely don't come here. Just one and the last time is enough. ❌❌❌❌❌ Leave it for you to think about. I didn't expect the quality as it was a place to only sleep, but it wasn't as bad as I thought. However, the bedding was a little itchy (I'm very sensitive to bedding). I checked in early in the morning and the staff was really kind.

I checked in at about 4:25pm on 113.06.14. I saw the rainbow sign in the lobby and felt that it was a gay-friendly hotel. Although the swimming pool was not big, it was enough to play in the water. I stayed in a twin room this time. The bathroom was very clean and the breakfast was rich and bright. There are 8 kinds of egg dishes that can be cooked on-site. Among them, the pork porridge is pretty good. Although it is not as delicious as the Prince Theater Pork Porridge, the taste is acceptable. The location is excellent. You can reach the Beach Road by walking back and you can go forward. To Big C and T21 not far away, life functions are convenient!

Love it! Clean modern rooms, AC, rooftop pool, quiet street and fantastic staff. I'll absolutely be staying here again in future trips.It's in the quiet end of town, near Terminal 21 and Central Marina Plaza. Lots of choices for food, massage and shopping nearby. Easy to get a taxi/baht bus from the end of the street.The staff here were the nicest I've dealt with in Pattaya. Joy was wonderful to deal with and helped me a lot with extending my stay and answering any question I had.I'd highly recommend this hotel to solo travellers who don't want to be in the noisy areas around LK/Bukhao areas

The accommodation is in Soi Pattaya 1. It's very quiet.There is no noise from cars, music, or people.because it is far from entertainment venues Plus, it's close to the sea, near Terminal 21, very convenient.Inside the room, the proportions are clearly divided. I feel like living life is easy.The room arrangement is extremely beautiful, but room 5503 seems like the air conditioner has a problem. Turn it on at 17 degrees and it's still not cool.Called the operator and it was fixed.But I feel like it's not as cool as it should be. It's like you can't adjust the air conditioner level anymore. No matter how you adjust it, the air conditioner will be as cool as before. Even though it has been fixedIt's kind of cool. It's not hot, but it's not that cold.
