Late pick up, hotel is just 300 m but hotel lets us wait for 40 min, it was extremely hot at waiting area (pier).Hotel Location is not far to pier or to taxi station , about 300m but there is no foothpath, have to walk on the road. Walking in the busy road is not safe.Stay at this hotel need to have a vehicle otherwise difficult to travel. I didn’t know this before.I can’t drive a motorcycle so ask hotel to drop off at taxi station but they are not willing to service. She said drop off is not part of a service, will do when staffs are free.Bathroom is full of mold; look at shower picture, shower is so disgusting.Breakfast is very limited, not delicious.Actually location issue can be solve with a pick up, drop off service but the hotel supervisor doesn’t have service mind to support guests. What a shame!!Really dissatisfied with the service.

It’s ok. Location is within easy walking distance of the pier which is good. Bed mattress is not so good, but acceptable. Shower worked fine and was nice and hot. Breakfast only until 9:30 :(Unfortunately we had noisy Chinese (yeah isn’t it always them 🤦🏻‍♂️) playing in the pool at 10:30 pm when that’s way past the allowed pool hours! At least in the morning the resort had a sign out stating it clearly for these idiots with no respect for those around them.

The service staff (who is the manager of this place from asking other employees) is very bad. Raise your voice at customers Use sarcastic words Using loud noises to intimidate customers is very bad and the air conditioned rooms are not very cool.

The staff are lovely, the service is very good, the rooms are clean, the location is not far from the pier. There is a free customer pick-up service.

We stayed only 1 night, booked 2 rooms, we liked everything, it was very good. Convenient, close to food sources Near the cafe Many restaurants We will definitely come back again.

This is a tough review for me to writeI probably would have given them a five-star except for two issues1. When I arrived at the hotel on the motorcycle I rented at the port upon arrival, they told me they offered free motorcycles and I didn't need to rent one.Well I had seen one comment about a free motorcycle but I didn't know if that was with the type of room or did everybody get a free one so I searched the website thoroughly looking for information about free motorcycles but there was no information. There was no indication at the hotel offered free motorcyclesShe told me I should have calledWhich makes no sense, how many people book a hotel and then call and ask if there are any free amenities not listed on the website?2. Several days into my stay I discovered a injured cat on the property that the staff was aware of and somebody had put some food out which was old and dried out, and there was a bowl with dirty water in itNaturally I brought the cat some food and clean water and asked the staff what had happened to it because it looked like it was on its last leg and was about to passThey didn't speak English and could only say accidentI cared for it throughout the day, but sadly, by the next morning it had passedI gave her a proper burialAnd I regret not immediately rushing her to a vet, if there even is one on the islandBut the cat had clearly been there a while and that condition and was emaciatedI find it unconscionable that they knew of the animals accident / misery and didn't do anything to care for itI realize there are cultural differences, and they don't always have the wherewithal to take care of an animal, but I guarantee if they had put a donation box up all the foreigners would have pitched in to help get the animals some care

The price for 30 minutes by boat from Pattaya, Thailand is 30 baht, but if you use a jet board, it costs 150 baht. Koran KO LAN Island can be reached in 10 minutes. This place is crowded with many people, perhaps because it is widely known as a resort in Thailand. After going by boat, you will be picked up at the hotel. It is close to the pier, and there is a pool at the entrance and rooms with large rooms and large showers. You can rent a motorcycle here and go around the entire island. If you have a motorcycle, you can enjoy riding around the beach here and there, and there is a mountain Jeongsame motorcycle that goes up. There is a view of the entire island from Windville View Point. The people working here are friendly and proactive in solving any problems. Breakfast closes at 9 a.m., so don't forget to eat breakfast.

Close to the port but 10/20 minutes from the main beaches, wonderful rooms and perfect cleanliness, beautiful swimming pool at the entrance and abundant breakfast, friendly and fast staff, a truly nice place
