It is not ideal to place the shower head for flushing after playing in the walking path. The resort needs a major renovation. We stayed two nights and did not have hot water. Despite asking the staff to fix, it was still not working. Thé hôtel is overpriced and the room is dirty. The toilet wall seems like never been properly cleaned and the towels are very old. Breakfast was good although only two choices. The staff was however friendly and helpful. The view was overrated, the area was not that quiet and we did not have private beach as expected. There will be group tour for jet ski in the morning so you cannot swim at the front of hotel. Overall I would recommend to stay around Nuan beach, more peaceful and less tourist.

Disappointing Service at ENNKAI ResortI have always considered ENNKAI Resort in Kho Larn my favorite getaway, I have rented the most expensive rooms, referred many friends, and enjoyed countless dinners, lunches, and drinks here. Unfortunately, my latest experience has left me deeply disappointed.I arrived at the resort at 4 PM today, hoping to enjoy a quick lunch before catching my boat at 4:45 PM. The boat was docked nearby, so I asked if I had enough time for a meal. The staff assured me it was possible. My girlfriend ordered Pad Thai, and I ordered a branzino. Her Pad Thai arrived promptly in just 7 minutes, but my branzino was still in the kitchen after 45 minutes.This was a total disaster. Despite the delay, I paid 650 baht and asked the staff to give the branzino to one of the hard-working employees who earn very little. ENNKAI no longer deserves my respect. Next time, we will go next door, where the staff appears much more professional and, importantly, honest. I was left without lunch and with a paid bill.It’s not about the money but the blatant lie and terrible service. ENNKAI Resort used to be a gem, but after this experience, I can no longer recommend it.

The sea is beautiful. There is 1 free motorbike/room to use. Overall service is ok. Ask and answer without making an irritated face.But not so lucky Got a ground floor room Next to the swimming pool Not personal at all The curtains must be closed at all times. The room is quite damp (it's summer). The bathroom, shower zone, water doesn't drain at all. I informed the housekeeper, who spoke nicely, but after cleaning the water still overflowed as usual -*- The water in the swimming pool was so salty that it hurt my eyes. The sea water is still fresher. The most unimpressive part was the breakfast. The male staff gave very little advice and did not take care of them the same way. We didn't order all that we should have. I don't recommend it at all. Some tables talked for a long time, very good conversation, especially tables with children. If you love small children, it is recommended that you order more, one bowl of boiled rice or fried rice per person. There is free sweet water, tea, coffee, iced tea, green tea, cocoa. But our table didn't say anything, didn't offer any, didn't complete the order, and the staff was quiet. and nectar is not on the menu So we didn't know it was available. But later I saw that other tables had unlimited orders. The staff came to ask about taking care of us. As for our table, they didn't really care. There was only one person who came to collect the dishes and got 1 cup of porridge/2 people. As for fruit, other tables got 1 plate per person. As for our table, they were only served one plate/2 people. There wasn't a lot of quantity in 1 serving. I'm disappointed that I haven't been gone for the last 55 days.

Stay as a family. The rooms are good. There is a private bathtub on the rooftop and in the room. Unfortunately the swimming pool is a salt pool. It hurts my eyes a lot when playing. The beach in front of the beach is coarse sand. There was a jet ski running too close to the tourists.

It is a hotel that still has good privacy. Located at the beginning of Thong Lang Beach, Koh Larn, which is not very crowded. The hotel will have activities prepared for you, including kayaking. and paddle board There are complete facilities. There are also motorcycles available to borrow. The rooms have a simple design that fits well. Clean and uses THANN products. The staff are very nice. Ready to serve Take care and coordinate every time we need help. Most importantly, there will always be a smile for us. Even though the weather is very hot

We have come to the island many times and live in Pattaya. We always come to this cafe and to this beach many times. There was always a condition: you order food and lie on the sunbeds for free. We order not just tea, but food and a lot of drinks. But the last two times they tried to force us to pay 100 baht for sunbeds!!! There’s almost never anyone on the sunbeds here, and you want to take an extra 100 baht from the last people who STILL come to you. Your management does not think that you can lose the last customers who pay AT LEAST SOMETHING rather than pay nothing. We decided that we came here for the last time!!!

Beach bar , restaurant staff attitude and service quality is very bad . Our group just sit down and order a drink first . Before we settling down , they demand us everybody must order a drink . We do understand that everybody should order a drink to prevent people hogging the place but the fact is the whole restaurant is empty and we would have ordered food and drink if the staff deliver the message in nice and professional matter .

When booking, I was very confused. The school does not update information with the reservation website. It's like they don't know how to work. The reception counter staff doesn't know their job, has no service mind, is too lazy to talk to customers. Not paying attention to convenience There is one person who feels like he can stay and stay. It was a great place for a short trip!The rooms are new, spacious, and clean. Probably the best property on the island.À la carte food is good. Thai and some Western dishes. Breakfast is okay only.The location is much quieter than Tawaen Beach, but the waves are still there. Monkey Beach or Samae Beach would be better for swimming.Pick-up was smooth and fast, departure was a bit troublesome. We were ready and waiting for 30 minutes, but the golf cart was busy. We ended up rushing by bike and managed to catch our boat.The staff is amazing here!Super friendly, warm, and attentive. They are ready to go the extra mile for you!My friend had a birthday, and they arranged a super nice birthday cake for her! We were so impressed!
