Well located close to the night markets and the main Wat, good welcome from the manager who speaks English. Clean but on the beds there is no single top sheet, a small blanket, a fridge and a small kitchenette for making coffee. We spent 3 very quiet nights there but our room number 7 is not on the small street nor close to the air conditioning units.

Cosy and homely and very clean, the best sleep i have had yet in Thailand. Friendly owner. All the facilities you need are available you can hire your bikes or mopeds here which are a must for the area,the laundry was free also.

Both service and facilities are okay. The boss speaks English, so if you can speak English, I don't think there will be any problem with communication. Fruit is provided free of charge. If there was anything I didn't know, the boss explained it to me, so I had a really comfortable time. He also told me about a good Thai massage shop and even called me directly. I would like to recommend this to anyone traveling to Ayutthaya!

We went here 3 years ago and we still talk about this place. We travelled 3 weeks in Thailand and this was our nicest guesthouse. Everthing was perfect. Breakfasts was delicious and the beds were soft! Thanks for this experience
