Excellent guest house. Large rooms, clean, friendly staff. Great value for money. Although no breakfast is included, you receive a box with cookies and a banana per person in the morning! For breakfast, visit Coffee Old City (closed on Sunday). Historic attractions on walking distance.

I've had a perfect stay at this accommodation. Very calm and close to a nightmarket and ancient tempels. Rooms were clean and the staff helped with everything I've asked for. Highly recommended!

The stay has been wonderful, the hostess and the young woman who helped her have been super kind and friendly and have explained to us the things to see in the surroundings, they asked us for the tuk-tuk to go to the temples and to go to the station at next day (the tuk-tuk driver was also very kind and friendly). The room is very comfortable, the bathroom is very clean and spacious and the area is very quiet, as well as central. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Ayutthaya.The hostess also gives you the option of having breakfast for 100 bahts and it is something that I highly recommend, as you have a varied breakfast (fruit, toast, juice, fried eggs...) and very comfortable in the outside area of the rooms. .Without a doubt, an unbeatable experience. 10/10.

Really enjoyed our stay there. It's close to the night market and a few of the sites, very quiet, clean, and cute. There's just a few rooms that enter from the 2nd floor with a small patio. It feels very comfortable. The owner is super nice!!!!

We loved this place so much that we decided to stay an extra night! The rooms are clean, comfortable and gorgeous having kept their traditional wooden panelling. The beds are especially comfy. All the women working here are friendly and helpful, and there is coffee and a tasty snack provided every morning. Location is excellent, close to several great restaurants, markets, and of course the historical park. I would happily stay here again!

Awesome place. Great room. Great location. Quiet. The woman who owns the place is really kind and friendly. She knows exactly how much to be there for you which is an art in the service business. Did I say Great room. It is! Very tasteful and cute.
