The hotel used to be a residential home, so it is very homely and cozy. The garden is very well kept. The area is old commercial district. That means there is no high rise building around, even though the hotel is hidden behind shop houses. Car park is a separate walled off section for which every guest is given a key to the gate. No TV in room.

The hotel is great, I would definitely return. Spacious and very clean rooms. It has a garden with common areas. Also the staff is very friendly, including breakfast. The area is also good, about 15 minutes from the main area.

Charming rooms, traditional Thai style. Central location but on a street away from traffic and noise. Very nice and relaxing garden. Breakfast could be improved.

The rooms are clean and the staff are kind. They allowed me to check in early at 12:00 noon, which was helpful.Also, this price included breakfast where you could choose rice porridge or ABF.The problem is that the sound is transparent, so if there are customers coming in and out late at night, you can't sleep because of the noise of doors opening and closing and people talking. I guess it's just luck here.

The reception is friendly and although it appears to be a private house, the garden is very spacious and quiet, and the wooden house has a cozy feel.There is sufficient space for parking.

1. Bathroom was dirty, shower curtain and sink mouldy2. Breakfast wasn’t cooked3. AC wouldn’t work we asked them to look at it many times4. Wooden floors caused loud noises throughout the night

It should be a great B&B. The only drawback is that the toilets need to be cleaned better.Glass door type dry and wet separation is more dangerous. The glass door will derail, so be careful when using it.

Beautiful well equipped room, hot shower, fridge, kettle, comfy bed, wonderful large garden to relax in. Great breakfast! 3 minutes from bus station over the canal, and easy walk to historical areas or markets,bars, restaurants, perfect stay, thank you!

Accommodation in the middle of the city is like staying at a relative's house, peaceful and refreshed with trees. There is the sound of birds singing, near the market, there are convenient shops.

Very nice tiny hotel with a beautiful garden. Its hidden in a tiny street, but getting out of the city into the calm garden is relaxing.
Perfect for smaller children and the host are beautiful with children.
The beds are a but too hard for us, but I think thats something personal.

The hotel is very welcoming, everything is done with soul, comfortable beds, cleanliness, excellent garden with lawn, coffee and tea can be made around the clock from the breakfast area.Only the audibility from the neighboring rooms is quite strong, because these are old wooden buildings

Dated house but well renovated, we feel that the manager is trying to make the stay pleasant. The exterior is very well maintained. The house is away from the road so it is quiet.However, on the day of our departure (it was early, around 7 a.m.) we waited for about twenty minutes to be served breakfast (we had "reserved") the day before, and no one came even though we We rang the bell and we could hear noise. So we left without having had our breakfast.Still good value for money
