Great stay! There is a massage shop nearby and the lady boss is very friendly! The room was also very clean and the breakfast was delicious! My first choice for accommodation next time I come to Ayutthaya!

If I returned to Ayutthaya I would stay here again. Super friendly and hospitable family, super attentive. The room was clean and the breakfast was very rich. You can rent bikes and motorcycles right there.

Arrived early off the train and was given a room at 6am. Very friendly and helpful, they gave us a map and advice on the area and had our washing folded with cold watermelon waiting for us in the afternoon. Would stay here again when in Ayutthaya.

Excellent stopover to stay in Ayutthaya for a bed&breakfast.- The manager is very kind and will do everything to help and advise you- the rooms are clean- simple but well-balanced breakfast- 5-10 minutes by bike from the historic temples (bike that you can rent on site).In summary, if you are looking for a very good stopover to visit Ayutthaya, you will not have any bad surprises!

The owners of the homestay are extremely nice and take very good care of their guests. We were always well proactively looked after with water, melon and umbrellas. The room is very good for the price and was clean (cleaned every day, new towels every day). Very good price-performance ratio.

We had a nice staying. The room was clean, the owners nice and we also had a good continental breakfast included in the price.
It is possible to rent bikes on site for just 60 bath each day that makes exploring Ayutthaya easier.

Fabulous family-run guesthouse. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the guesthouse is located a short walk from the old city temple & market precincts. The family are friendly, generous and very helpful. Highly recommended.

It is a very cute place to stay. The owner pays attention to details and is very friendly. Room prices are in the hundreds, tea and coffee are always available. The rooms are clean, the smell is good, the beds are soft, the room space is spacious. Parking may not be very convenient. Staying for 2 nights is very impressive.

Went to stay during last New Year's for 2 nights.My girlfriend books directly with the accommodation. The price is good. Breakfast is included. There is Ovaltine coffee available to brew 24 hours a day.There is fruit to eat every day.Auntie and Uncle, the owners are very kind and cute. 💕The room was very clean. It's like a new room.

The host is pretty nice and makes us feel like home. There is a kid slide in the yard so that children can enjoy it every day in the morning after breakfast. The host and their family (as well as the cute dog Likie) is kind to kid as well. We will definitely visit again if we plan to go Ayutthaya for next time.

Well the room is not the most beautiful I have slept in, but remains acceptable and above all clean. Decent breakfast. But the best thing is the welcome from the owner (the mother) and the help received from her as well as from her daughter, the information given for the rest of our trip. They even helped us out by 500 baths because it was Sunday evening and we no longer had change to pay for our dinner... kindness itself. Thank you.

Excellent and wonderful place. The hosts are very kind, warm and honest people, they make you feel at home. The location is very good. The breakfast is very rich, and they give you two bottles of water a day. We went for our honeymoon, and they had a delicious dessert and a flower as a gift. I highly recommend this place, it is also clean, with excellent quality-price ratio. I would return without hesitation 😃

The owners are amazing and friendly. They recommended interesting places for visiting and gave us chopped cold watermelon. Breakfast is good and tasty. Location is not far from the city center and it’s very quiet at night. The room was clean. I highly recommend this hotel

2 perfect nights in this establishment. A warm welcome and a family atmosphere. Our stay at T&N will remain a wonderful memory! The room is clean, there is air conditioning and storage in the room! Possibility of taking a shower even after checking out. Thank you T&N
