Great place! A good housewife. Everything is very clean, tidy, comfortable bed. It was a pleasure to spend time here. I would stay longer but I need to move on. I think I'll come back here again. 👍🏾

I would like to say that this school is in an alley, but the special thing is that the rooms are warm and the beds are very comfortable.

Clean, with two lovely cats. Grab is great to get around. There are some restaurants and cafes nearby, and it's all pretty walkable anyway.The owner is lovely, the breakfast is decent (order the day before).

I believe that in fact, it is a private house that has rented rooms on the upper floor which can be reached by a narrow staircase. The rooms in the attic are facing each other. Nonetheless, the price is good, the facility is clean and you can leave your car in the internal courtyard. The lady who runs them is very kind.

Please go there just to see how a proper small hotel should be and how to maintain one. The cleanest room I have ever been and I ve been to many. Her services are easily 5 star hotel equally. So sweet, discreet and attentive to all of our needs, great amenities and such a peaceful place in this peaceful and so beautiful ancient city of Ayutthaya. Nice place to stay. Everything is brand new. Very lovely owner who speaks English very well. I recommend very much. The place is hard to find coz there is no advertising in front. I will definitely stay here again when visiting ayutthaya.
