The owner of the accommodation is very cute. Please bring back the green tea brownie cake to try while traveling. The rooms are fully equipped. Sleeping here makes this trip to Ayutthaya beautiful and a good memory. If there is a chance, I will come back again.

Everything is good, not broken. The owner's aunt is kind and takes good care of us. We had children with us. It was comfortable.

The location is the only redeeming quality, there were spider eggs in the bathroom and the AC hardly worked in my room. A very uncomfortable experience altogether and I left after a few hours although I had prepaid for two nights. I am extremely confused with the high ratings this place has received, although the owner is very nice, the experience was a 1 star at best.

Location is great, walkable to some temples and the night market. The room is so nice with a balcony and a mini fridge. Staff were lovely as well :) we got new cold water every day for free!

Because it is a wooden floor Make time in the room above run. The room below will be very loud. On the day I went to stay, I planned to wake up late. But you have to wake up at 5-6 a.m. because you're walking upstairs. wake up loud But otherwise it's good.

Very good accommodation, clean, quiet, with river view, suitable for families or friends to Slow Life, not far from various tourist attractions. Upstairs bedroom There shouldn't be any problems. Downstairs you may hear the sound of people upstairs walking. And there is enough parking. But it might be a little cramped. Overall, I really like it. If I have a chance to come stay again.

B&B with sense of locality. Our group occupied the whole premise and was satisfied with its privacy and amenities. No activities like spa provided so group activities managed by yourself is recommended. otherwise sightseeing is at walkableor bikable distance.

• Accommodation next to the water, very chill, very quiet at night. It's hot but the wind is cool.• The accommodation is a wooden house. The rooms on the ground floor will hear the sound of walking + placing things from the rooms above very loudly. If you find a room where you sleep late and wake up early in the morning you can hardly sleep, the sound echoes haha.• The rooms are clean. The bathroom was clean. But I'd like to adjust the pillow. The pillow is a bit dense. Sleeping on it causes neck pain. If the pillow was softer it would be great.• The accommodation staff are cute and friendly.• Breakfast has a choice of porridge and breakfast.• There is parking for about 4-5 cars, a bit overlapping, but safe, good location, not chaotic.• In front of the accommodation there is a coffee shop. The shop is very cute.Overall still impressive, good atmosphere. If going to stay again, will sleep in the room upstairs. and take your own pillow

Very nice hotel. Great location at Ayutthaya Historical Park. The ladies who run it are great. The only shame is the breakfast, which we had much better during our trip.

I stayed here alone for 3 consecutive nights. The service here is good, but the wooden building cannot isolate the noise...As long as there are people living upstairs, they will definitely be noisy. As shown in the video, it is now 03:13 in the morning. I don’t know if there is a fight or a fight upstairs. It has lasted for 20 minutes. Now this video is quite polite...When I started sprinting, the shocks caused by this vibration and that frequency are all lingering in my mind.

The homestay is a beautiful wooden house by the river. The rooms are spacious, clean and nicely decorated, you will find there everything you may need (fridge, towels, air con, hair dryer, water, soap..). Bed was confortable and I just loved the blankets.The common spaces are also very nice. You can just sit on the terrace by the river for some relax. Position is great, close to the historical park inside the island. We enjoyed so much our stay here that we extended it for one more night.The hosts ars nice and helpful. They gave us some travel tips and called a tuk tuk for us since we had to check out early. We highly reccomend this place and would definitely choose it again if we go back.

The hotel speaks of 45 square meters but they are perhaps only with the terrace. The terrace presented as part of the room is used for drying clothes, violating our privacy. The noise from the street and the AC is loud. …
