Me and my kids stayed here for only two days, but it was one of the nicest accommodations we’ve had in our month long stay in ThailandGirard and his wife are super friendly cook a great breakfast and a female that seems to do a little bit of everything is super friendly and keeps the rooms, fresh and clean smelling I highly recommendBaan Penny and it’s accommodations.

Good place to stay. Feels like home. The staff are very nice, always inviting me to drink coffee and drinks in the morning. Very friendly.You can take your cat to stay. The fee is not expensive, reasonable price.

Small resort on the outskirts of Ayutthaya. Rooms in bungalows overlooking the internal garden. The location is not the best. Although close to the sites of Ayutthaya, the area is poorly lit and is populated by many stray dogs. There are no restaurants near the hotel. In the evening it is necessary to travel by taxi.

comfortable hotel; well maintained and clean. Locationwithin walking distance of Ayutthay Historical park. Hotel owner was friendly and very helpful to visit the interesting temples. Appointed a tuktuk driver who was friendly and not expensive.

The staff members are lovely and take good care of you. The owner of the resort is also friendly. Good manners for both husband and wife Accommodation is in a community area. There is a market every evening nearby. It's easy to find food and close to many beautiful temples.

We were staying there for 2 days. The space is comfortable, clean, has everything we needed for our stay! The host is very friendly, we were very welcomed! The accommodation offers free bikes and is well located. We loved staying there, and we recommend it!

I got out of the taxi and was immediately spoken to by the owner in the local dialect - I was flabbergasted 👍 Gerhard. Nice resort with personal care and good tips for things to do. Free bikes - highly recommended.

We were warmly welcomed. The location is perfect, you can quickly reach the sights on foot or by bike. The rooms are functional and spacious. We slept very well. A little gem, right in the middle of the action. The breakfast was great!

A small oasis not far from the sights. Georg and his wife and the entire team are super friendly, the rooms are very clean and the breakfast is sufficient and good. We rented a scooter from them for a fair price (which is highly recommended because it would have been too hot on a bike).We can fully recommend the small guesthouse.We were even personally taken to the train station by the landlady as there was no tuk-tuk available.Thanks again for the nice time.

The accommodation is in individual chalets which are clean and serviced daily. Breakfast is served communally but cooked to order. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful...they organised a private river boat journey, which was relaxing after 3 days of sightseeing temples...we even saw 2 crocodiles!! We've enjoyed our stay.

Watch out for this place as it is full of bed bugs! We stayed here and discovered that the entire bed was full of bed bugs and eggs. We literally had to hot wash everything. I really don't recommend this place and wouldn't wish it on anyone! The accommodation also looked really run down, the bathroom was not clean and you could look into the bathroom through the window from outside. The toilet was still completely brown at the bottom and there were brown and red stains everywhere on the walls. We booked this guesthouse because of all the rave reviews, but we were very disappointed and it also cost us a lot of money to wash everything hot and buy new clothes to wear, etc. Not worth the money at all. The location is good, but that's about it. We had rented a motor scooter through the guesthouse and this went through an external company. Because we had to wash everything, buy new stuff, etc. because of the bedbug scene, we wanted to keep the scooter for another 3 hours. We called in advance to see if this was possible. According to the landlord this was no problem, but when we returned we had to pay for a second full day... we also thought this was very strange.

Nothing to say! Gérard, the owner lives on site and prepares breakfast for you with his assistant. They are there to help you. I would have given 5 for the room because everything was there, it is even cleaned every day. However, the mattress is very hard, hence my 4 for the room. This is the only flaw for me.

Great hosts, comfortable rooms with own veranda each, bikes to borrow, travel advice and support in and around Ayutthaya and a relaxing and green environment. WiFi, AC, breakfast and located in biking distance to many temples. Great for families, friends, couples and solo travelers alike.
