Stayed at room No. 6 on 29 June 2024. The room is satisfactory and spacious. The water flows and the lights are bright but there's a lot of dust. The TV often turns off and has no picture. Must unplug and turn on again. The bedside lamp doesn't work. There are small bottles of drinking water available for people to follow, but no glasses provided. There is no kettle. There is no coffee mug, so you have to go and ask for it from the accommodation staff. There is no hair dryer. Very old towels I would like to improve the facilities as stated on the page as well. If something isn't there, it shouldn't be reported.

Traveling for a weekend stay with extended family. The room has everything. Elderly relatives are comfortable walking around the temple. There is also a place to take photos to keep as a memory. Next time if traveling to Ayutthaya, will definitely stay again.

small, well-equipped rooms opposite the entrance to the archaeological park. top location: you cross the street, you are in a large major temple of this ancient capital of Siamopposite, rent a tuk tuk to visit all the Wats in one day, but be careful: they charge 500 baht initially, but upon arrival they ask for 650! It's not expensive, yes, but the method is execrable.

The place is charming, the truth is that it is cozy and very beautiful.The photos should be updated a little, since it has nothing to do with it.The staff depends on where you look at it, because we didn't even check in, they didn't ask us names or anything, they directly told us where the room was and that's it.The beds were quite uncomfortable, very hard.On the other hand, the location is perfect, right in front of the park.It is a fairly quiet area.

Bad...the mattress (the bed was very squishy and felt like a sling) was bad, the bathroom was bad (narrow, there was no toilet cover) 600 baht..not a low price😓

Personally, I like it. The air conditioned room is cool, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is usable, the price is not expensive, near the ancient site. The old style decoration is beautiful. There are also old collectibles. Have gone to stay many times. All restaurants are delicious. Next time I go, I will stay here again.

Cozy and beautiful place. Wonderful location, nice food, kind people. I had a trouble with booking but the owner lady kindly helped me to solve it. When you look around and find some cute furnitures & ornaments, you will immediately notice that the owner of this place have good taste. You can also enjoy the fortress melting with the sunset from here, which is priceless.

I was unimpressed unfortunately. I have paid the same price or a little more in Thailand for a much much better hotel. It needs upkeeping. Walls, tiles and wooden fixtures were old and tearing apart. Bed was unlike a bed; one can feel the spring simply by putting some pressure with the hand, what more with bodyweight. Light was flickering and at times stopped. I had a dead bug near the door of my toilet which didn't bother me too much but I'm sure it would bother others. The only salvation is its location. You cross the road and you're at 2-3 of the impressive temples to be seen in Ayutthaya within a few minutes. Boran café which is connected to this guesthouse deserves a shoutout - amazing seats facing the temples. Nice to just laze the afternoon with a coffee or tea, watching the temples.

Beautiful outdoor area. And that's it. A gift would still be too expensive here.Room tiny and smelled of mold. The mattress only has springs. No cover over the ceiling. Pillow dirty. I have rarely felt so uncomfortable. Communication was hardly possible because only one person spoke very poor English. But of course she wasn't there all day. Sorry, but a clear no! We happily gave up another night and didn't even want our money back...The only plus: the smoothies. A big minus: in plastic cups. In the restaurant. Which I can only advise against...We are very happy that we moved.🙏

The outside accommodation is as beautiful as in the picture posted. But the room inside is in many bad conditions.weakness1. The floor in the room has broken tiles.2. Go to a room with three people sleeping. Separate mattress for 1 person, futon is very hard.3. One set of toiletries is provided, but for 3 people, only one small bottle of shower gel and shampoo is provided.4. The room is not soundproof. At night, I hear noises from outside all the time, which makes me unable to sleep.5. The dressing table has no lights. And there is no hair dryer provided.6. The bathroom is the worst. The water did not drain well and flooded the floor throughout the shower. The toilet and bidet must be turned off every time they are used or else the water will flood the floor.7. The bathroom has a lot of flies.8. In the bathroom, the wall has brick holes. The inappropriate thing is that tissues were stuffed in the brick holes until all the holes were full. It looked unclean and very dirty.The only advantage is that the accommodation is close to the temple. The accommodation is a restaurant in front. It is recommended that you prepare the accommodation quickly or close it altogether. It's better to just make a restaurant than if the quality isn't worth the price.

I like the accommodation near the ancient site. Beautifully decorated in Thai style, very beautiful. The atmosphere is good. There is parking.Cafe in front to sit and chill. Very cool. Overall, the room is clean. There is toilet paper and towels provided. But unfortunately there is no drinking water in the room.

Excellent place to live, loved every bit of our stay here. Very classy and vintage feel...every tiny bit of the place has been very tastefully done up. One cannot stop clicking pictures. Hospitality is also to the point. I simply loved the place, will definitely want to come back. Just that the bathrooms in the room are small and kind of smelly.Definitely recommend to come stay and eat here (Baron Cafe)
