Very nice and absolutely clean facility. Close to places of interest but away from the chaos. We have never met Duke, the owner, but he has always been present via WhatsApp. No one in the facility spoke English. …

Stayed two nights here in the family room and had an incredible experience. The location is quiet and peaceful and the house is cozy.The staff were incredibly attentive, helpful and kind. They were always ready to offer us drinks and snacks and helped us book tours and transport as needed.The only “downside” is that there isn’t much within walking distance, but that didn’t bother us at all.

I stayed in the spacious traditional Thai room for a night. The room is separated into two parts- bedroom and living room. The well-designed sofa in the living room is the highlight, very cosy and beautiful.Khun Duke and his staff are kind and thoughtful. They provided us useful information and simple but yum brekkie.Overall, I would recommend family and friends to stay here.

Looking for a place to stay near Bangkok on holiday? I recommend Phuttal Residence @Ayutthaya, a Thai-style house with a good atmosphere. 🍃Plus it has a unique design similar to an ancient site plus a modern design. Breakfast is packed. We loved it. Very courteous and friendly staff.The apartments are clean, really spacious and nicely decorated.The absolute highlight was the lovely breakfast under the parasol with a view of the river. All wishes were fulfilled.The only drawback is that there is no street food/restaurant within walking distance (at least within walking distance of children). But we were able to get by well with Grab (delivery service).Thanks to the team. We would recommend it without reservation.

Super guest house - beautiful garden, lovely staff, breakfast is plentiful and very good, the room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Possibility of taking a boat trip from the garden.We really appreciatedTHANKS!

We stayed in the river view villa and it was magical. The room and bed were in traditional dark wood and everything felt atmospheric. The staff were friendly and the breakfasts were very good plus the complimentary bike rental was a bonus. The drinks in the minibar were also very fairly priced.

It was absurd. It was like a country inn. This was the first time I realized that the photos and reviews were so different from the truth. There is only one room like the photo. It is small. The door key is broken and locked with an old-fashioned key. There is a sliding door in the bathroom, but it is the owner's house. The room is inside. You can lock it from there, but you cannot lock it from inside. It is structured so that anyone can open the door and enter my room at any time. It is structured so that rape and theft are possible. Women should never come together. The surrounding environment is located in Myeon. It is below standard. It is safe to say that there is no restaurant. Looking at the good reviews, it seems like friends are embracing it. It is correct that it is around 20,000 won, not 70,000 won. Still, you should not cut down on women.

We live in Bangkok and often go to Ayutthaya to spend some peaceful time, and this time we found a very nice accommodation. It was a truly wonderful stay. There are many luxury hotels along the river, but the experience of being able to spend time in such a homely and traditional Thai architecture is priceless. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to Ayutthaya's main tourist attractions by car. There are also many friendly cats, making it irresistible for cat lovers. I will visit again.

Beautiful spot on the river, lovely gardens, enjoyed seeing Duke and his family and riding the bikes. Great place to stay with children (as long as they’re old enough to know not to fall in the river). Lovely.

This place deserves more than 5 stars review. I absolutely enjoy staying here with amazing service from staff and ambience of this place.The location is convenient still in the city but you also get the quiet and calm zone by the river.The house is perfect Cs: clean, cozy, comfy.Breakfast would come in a huge set of bread and panned egg including seasonal fruit and thai dessert plus one drink.I absolutely live this place and definitely recommend and will go back again.

Really special experience staying on the river in Ayutthaya. Lovely room looking down on the river. Beautiful teak design - obviously a little rustic and not best sound insulation but this is part of the charm. We had breakfast right beside our room and the river. Very nice breakfast lovingly prepared. Free bike hire which was awesome and bike riding is very nice - you can do a route which is 90% without cars around the historic monuments. We went on a boat tour right from the hotel which took us to see 3 historic sights. Unbelievable good value. Only down side was it pretty much abandoned us at river restaurant without explanation which although lovely was a shame it hadn’t been communicated. Overall though would highly recommend
