The room is spacious. But there are main disadvantages. That is, there is no parking at all in the hotel area. If you have a car, you must park it on the other side of the road. The distance isn't close at all. And on that road, cars drive fast and the visibility is limited. Crossing the road is very scary. At the hotel there is a taxi service. But there is only one car. The car is not available and can be used immediately.

I arrived late at night and made a reservation to sleep near the airport, but when I called, they came to pick me up in 5 minutes, which was great. The air conditioner works well, and a shower filter is a must.

On April 25th, I went to stay in 2 rooms at this hotel and checked out on April 26th, not stopping anywhere inside the hotel. After leaving the hotel, it was assumed that he had forgotten 1 gold ring, weighing 2 salung, in the room area. So I called back to the employee. The employee said that he asked the housekeeper and could not find her. We therefore asked to see the CCTV camera, so the hotel sent it to us, but it was at the time when we had already walked into the car. So we asked for a moment where we could see all of us. But the hotel said they would send it but still haven't gotten it until now. The hotel denied that the manager was not present. The cameraman was not around. Made an appointment and didn't send it. We are very worried. Until today, 29/5/67, there has been no response. Very disappointed, I thought the hotel should have provided a little more help. It was our fault for being careless, but I would like to have some sympathy for helping.

Really not impressed. Tried to charge me a 3% card fee upon arrival until their card machine wouldn’t work and I had to walk 10 minutes to get cash out at the nearest 7/11 at 12:30am as a solo female traveller. My room also had ants in it.
