We were meant to stay at this hotel which was booked via our travel agent, Crystal Travel. Upon arriving at the hotel location, we discovered it was empty, chained up and pitch black. A local person walking past helped us and told us that it had closed 8 months previously and that there was a “sister hotel” H2 Residence a few blocks away. Upon arriving at the sister hotel, they accepted us with our booking but this hotel also looked like it was still under construction! The entire reception was being painted, there was painting sheets on the floor, broken door handles, no window handle on our window, disgusting rotting wooden door in bathroom and hazardous unfinished building materials sticking up on the wall right above our heads. The whole place smelled very strongly of paint. So strong that it was giving us headaches and I am pregnant. As we arrived here at 1am, we stayed that first night but immediately checked out and moved hotels the following day! Disgusting service

This is a very convenient hotel if you are globe trotters and you already know the city. It’s cheap, breakfast correct, quite area and once you get used to the neighborhood you have also many food options. The bed is really comfy. We have been repeating more than 4 times. But if it’s your first time in BKK you are looking for something cute and special I wouldn’t recommend it.

If you have any reservations for this hotel, cancel it!! Because this hotel is not operating (as of the date of this publication). In February 2020 I went to Thailand and booked a room at this hotel. However, upon arriving at the hotel, I found the hotel closed, they transferred me to another hotel, in another location and inferior to this one!! I couldn't get a discount for this inconvenience!! In other words, I advise you not to book accommodation here!!

If you have a reservation at this hotel, quickly find another one, because it is closed and guests are being transferred to a lower rated hotel. At the new location, the receptionist did not want to understand that we did not pay for this category of accommodation!

The rooms themselves are not bad, but there is always a lot going on at the reception. Almost everyone has problems with their reservation. For example, I had booked a room with a double bed, which they refused to give me. We agreed that we moved two single beds together. The deposit is as much as 1000 baht! During check-out, angry Germans were seen at the reception arguing with a female employee. In general, book at your own risk.

Very bad, not like in the picture, old, shabby, narrow room, old air conditioner, poor service, a lot of things like asking to stay for free, in a deep alley, not convenient to enter and exit. Breakfast bread with jam, nonsense salad
