Good location but very bad service. Hotel management service is extremely low and they are not compromising. We booked room for 5 people but there was no bed for the 5th person. When we asked them they charged us extra for that.The lift stopped several times and we couldnt activate the alarm either. The crew didnt do anything when we complained about it. There were several guests who experienced the same.The restaurant at the pool side was good with good food and great service, esp by Five and company.

The positive aspects include the spacious room design, which impresses with modern amenities and stylish furnishings. Especially the indescribable view. Many rooms offer breathtaking views of the Bangkok skyline.Particularly noteworthy is the spacious infinity pool, which provides a refreshing break with an excellent view. The location of the hotel is very advantageous as it is in close proximity to popular shopping centers, restaurants and attractions.The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to respond to guests' requests. For business travelers, the Urbana Hotel offers well-equipped conference rooms and reliable Wi-Fi.A small point of criticism, which affects smokers more, is that unfortunately you are not allowed to smoke on the balcony. Unfortunately, this is permitted in the entrance area of the hotel.Pretty tedious every time I plan to drive down from the 27th floor to get a smoke.

We have stayed at the Urbana many times and I really have to say that the hotel has improved. There was a situation where the service was really bad. That was the whole of this year when we were there. A very clear price-performance recommendation!

I booked a room with a balcony outside of my room so that I can smoke. You're not allowed to smoke even when outside on your own balcony.
The bed in the room is very comfy but the curtains let all the light through so you can't sleep. What kind of hotel room has curtains like this?

This hotel clearly does not deserve its 5 stars. To begin with, I am Thai and my husband is Italian. The minute we set foot at reception, we noticed that the reception staff were looking at us inappropriately (#cliché) and started laughing. I find this behavior very inappropriate on their part and disrespectful. In addition, the staff only spoke to my husband even though the reservation was in my name and especially since I was doing the translation because my husband does not speak English. From their gaze, I became invisible until I took out the money to pay the deposit... They are there to serve customers and not to judge them! The room is spacious with a balcony, a mini kichette and a washing machine of course BUT you are greeted by COCKROACHES who come to say hello to you every 5 minutes. We find them in the kitchen, bathroom and around the sofa. Despite the fact that the hotel staff knew about it, they didn't even have the decency to change our rooms. In addition, the bedroom smelled like old carpet. And how can we not talk about the shower which makes a terrible noise every time you want to wash. The only positive point is the view from the swimming pool. For the price and “their reputation” I find it disappointing.

Just stayed here for a weekend Bangkok trip. Lovely staff and service, special mention to Com, the guy at the breakfast buffet! They were all incredibly accommodating. They had nice facilities and our room was very spacious and clean. Their food was also really good. Such a great location too :))

Unfortunately hotel not at all up to 4 star standards. The room I had was spacious, no worries, the mattress was very good, a beautiful view of Bangkok but apart from that, nothing else. The super nice doormen, the haughty and unsmiling reception girls. Hotel very poorly located for the city center with no choice of using public transport or taxi.When I got into the room there was a strange smell and it was mold under the sink.Bottles of water (small) cost 100 baths, don't be fooled like me.I regret this choice of hotel, I do not recommend it at all and I would not return there at all.

Starting from the reception, the staff were not good. I arrived at 12 o’clock from a far away place, and they did not allow me to enter the room until 2 o’clock. The air conditioning was weak, and there was no air conditioning in the corridors or in the elevators. I was on the twentieth floor and heard the noise of cars in the street. There is no insulation in the hotel and there is no service. Delivery to rooms from outside restaurants. You have to come down from your room and take the order in your hand, and the lobby is very small

I never thought I would be able to afford a suite, but the Urbana Sathorn made it possible. It was the first time I stayed in a suite and it was an incredible experience. The suite was clean and, even if the furnishings were a bit older, still in a modern and well-kept condition. The view from the 26th floor was breathtaking – just crazy. We also loved the pool. The breakfast buffet was rather average, but that didn't detract from the experience. The staff was very friendly and attentive, which made the stay even more pleasant. We would definitely come back.

I met the most experienced person in this room. I wanted to ask for an extra blanket, but there was none. They also said that if you want quilts, there will be an extra charge per person. When leaving, the elderly and children carried their luggage down the stairs by themselves, while the service staff stood by the gate and watched.There is also a fine of 200 baht for normal dirty bathroom foot mats.Known as five-star, but the service is completely poor👎🏾I didn’t believe it when I saw the booking reviews. We felt like at home. The apartments are clean and quite large. The breakfast is also very good and delicious. The infinity pool is beautiful and the view is beautiful. You are in the heart of the city with a five-minute walk. Street food, shopping malls, hairdressers and markets... all close. It was even nice to have donki donki and DIY markets. The staff is very sweet and friendly.
