Nice, cheap place. Of the minuses, the bed is not comfortable, the tap was leaking for 15 days, the pool is small. Pros - own courtyard with parking spaces, grocery store nearby, friendly staff, large bed, prompt laundry, not far from the market

This accommodation is so fantastic to stay with.The staff are great, friendly and hospitable. I didn't feel that i am far from home. They treated us well.I will definitely comeback to stay here again. And i absolutely well recommended this for those who are looking for a place to stay especially in Patong Phuket Thailand.

Located in a good location, it was very disappointing that the staff did a very poor job of cleaning, they constantly forgot to leave towels and toiletries, the rooms did not correspond to those stated, the furniture was old and falling apart.

Sad!If you don’t want to be sad on your holiday, better find another hotel, and there are so many good options around.Not sure how the word boutique is used so easily, but this place is everything but a boutique hotel.The rooms are old and the paint is not well done, the lighting is low and room is dark, the window is covered with green fabric from outside to cover the backyard sad view.The furniture is also outdated and is brown heavy and old. The bathroom was also very old and sad with a leaking hose and a feeling of a cheap hostel.I later found so much better places in better location and cheaper price. Seriously, do yourself a favor and if you want a nice room to come back to, do not stay in this sad less than one star feeling “boutique hotel”.

I stayed here for 5 nights, staff are very friendly and helpfull, owners are just around and easy to deal with, easy to rent motor bikes as the hotel have, you can arrange a taxi at the.reception any time. Ask for a tour they will arrange also for you in a very reasonable price. Rooms are clean and complete, though the iqner said they just took over it last 1st of this month seems that they knew how to make a hospitality business well. Keep it up A&J deffinetely will recommend to all my friends and family.
