Ants, dirty, construction nearby, construction everywhere in Patong. Noisy, but this is Patong. We stayed for 3 days, we could have found better. 10 minutes to shopping center, Bangla road, market, beach.

Not the worst place we've stayed in, but for the money it is pretty bad. The photos make it look considerably nicer than it is.I would recommend this hotel for people who have spent some time travelling sharing rooms in a hostel and want their own space but nothing fancy. If you are used to staying in hotels, this is not the place for you.The rooms are quite bad, need repairing and updating.You get a bottle of water in your room on day 1 but never again.We had to beg for the toiletries it said came with the room.The bed is pretty hard.The surfaces in the room are dirty and dusty.The fridge is a bit mouldy.The location is actually quite good.The room smells very bad, it comes from the sink in the bathroom and is quite gross.The whole hotel smells of urine.There are so many rules to follow in the hotel that the signs block the view of the receptionist when you're trying to talk to them.The room always have ants in them.As of 13th Feb 2024 there is long term very noisy building works going on next to the hotel that start at 8am.

Wonderful staff, I loved dealing with the manager via Line. Her manner is so good she's so calm. Beautiful view. Come here and experience the real Thailand. Area is impeccable. I want to thank the owner personally as I clumsily broke his shower.. They didn't even charge me. Such a reasonable price. They always come to an agreement.. Thx friends x

Great Place, friendly staff. Away from all the noise of Bangla Road, close to the beach. The lady at the desk who speaks fluent English helped me organise scuba diving lessons when other people would not help as most places are closed due to Covid-19. The Hotel manager, who is also a trained Chinese chef, invited my family and I to an evening dinner with his family and staff. What can only be described as a banquet fit for a king of fresh Asian cuisine lay before us. Fantastic food and great company for the evening.Defiantely will be back again.
