This is smack bang in amongst it all in the Patong Beach area (but no noise got into my room and i had beautiful sleeps) I had a double room that had a massive king size bed - a desk - a small fridge - and private bathroom (an odd arrangement inside the bathroom with a wall- mounted hand shower no shower curtain -a bit hard to manage but I sorted it) The place is very clean. I was very impressed for the value for money. Tips for budget travellers - the 7-11 a few steps away is a great place for snacks and beer. You can catch blue public buses to other beaches and to the airport. Please treat this lovely place to stay with respect and care- I highly recommend it.

The location is great - close to the Bangla Rd, but very quiet. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. Lots of awesome eateries and restaurants nearby. You won't need to go far for anything.

A 3 minute walk from Bangla Road. I loved this hotel, rooms were good, staff friendly. It is customary to remove shoes when entering the building but I had a sore foot and asked if it was OK to keep them on, the staff I spoke to was happy for me to do so. Guest friendly too ;) Recommended!

An excellent small hotel just a few meters from the main scene in Patong Beach.Their managers are very attentive and very well disposed.The room is far above what would be expected for the price. Very well equipped and with very good details (electric jug, cups and coffee, for example)

The room was ok and the staff kind of friendly, but the sheets had a yellow stain on them and the staff said they don't have clean sheets to replace the dirty ones. That's a deal breaker for us....

So quiet at night while being at the center of it all. This is obviously a budget choice but the level of care and attention to detail will surpass most other choices. Some of Thailand's best Indian restaurants just meters from the property. Also, this place was so clean that you could eat off the floors.

The staff are very special and extremely helpful. The building is very small and the number of rooms is few. The rooms are very modest but good for the price. For those who just want to sleep without caring about luxuries, I advise them to rent this place.
