The staff took good care of me from the time I brought the golf cart to pick me up.The rooms are clean, quiet, good atmosphere, and have a rooftop corner to take beautiful photos. Spacious hotel Breakfast is a la carte menu. Macaroni tastes good. Overall very good. After following the reviews, it was really good.

Suitable for taking children on a trip. There are a lot of photo corners.

Overall the place is fine for a stay in Khao Yai. There were so few guests during the low season that it seemed eerie at times. My biggest complaint was with customer service. After paying for two deluxe Mountain view rooms where it was clearly stated that a room included two adults and one child 0 to 10 years old with free breakfast included, they insisted on charging an extra 350 baht per day for one of the child's breakfast. We were a total of five with my wife and three kids age 9, 10 and 12. After failing to convince me with their fuzzy math with diagrams on a piece of paper of how we exceeded the capacity of two adults plus one child per room when in fact we were one under capacity for the rooms, they then changed the rules to explain that their definition of a child is under 6 years old. It was of no help showing them proof of the listed guidelines when booking the room that a child is considered 0 to 10 years old, nor could they provide anywhere in writing on their website or elsewhere anything that showed their policy is 6 years instead of 10 years old. It did not matter. They were sticking to their guns at all costs. To me it is just bad business to argue with a customer over a $10 fee for an included breakfast even after the customer showed proof that the breakfast is listed as included on the website and reservation. This apparently comes from the top down as the poor employee that was trying to explain with her best math how we did not actually pay for what we paid for finally acknowledged that the 10-year child age limit is clearly stated but she would have to talk to management to have their written rules override their unwritten after purchase verbal policy of a child being anything under 6 years old.To make matters worse, the breakfast just wasn't that good and we would have likely forfeited the free breakfasts to go elsewhere had it been easier to get around the town without a car...To me my problem with this hotel is on principal and not about the money. Because of the way they dealt with issues, I would not recommend it and I would not go back.

Very good accommodation. Extremely overpriced.The receptionist is very good. There is a golf cart to pick you up. Help carry things up to the room. The employees speak well to everyone. We drove to Khao Yai in the evening and tried calling to ask. There is a vacant room, so walk in. Dad uses a cane to walk. There is a golf cart to and from various points and a nice, comfortable lift. Elderly people can stay comfortably. Stayed at Wan Thit Line, had a lot of breakfast buffet. If you stay on Friday and Saturday, the food line will be bigger. There is a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi. The surrounding area is very shady. The rooms are very spacious, with a large balcony to enjoy a chill mountain view. There is a rooftop terrace to admire the view from above with the mountains surrounding it, very beautiful.

Reserve a room at midnight. Wake up early and call to confirm your room with the hotel. You already have a reservation. And because we were staying on our birthday, we asked the hotel if there was a restaurant discount or voucher. The school informed that the rooms were decorated for you. When checking in, you can present your ID card. We arrived around 2 p.m. Room check-in was very fast. I hardly sat and waited. When we get to the room, we decorate it with a Happy theme. Birthday already completed. Very cute. I'm impressed with everything. All the service staff are good, from the security guard to the entrance to the school. The school atmosphere is very beautiful. The rooms are clean and new. Breakfast is very good, delicious and diverse. Overall, out of 10 I'll give it 100.
