Everything is good, but at night It's like being in an insect trap. I used to sleep inside even though the staff inside advised me to turn off the lights. Came to sleep here and found a lot of insects. This morning, there was a bum in the sink.

Italy in Thailand in a national park!!!! An amazing place of incredible beauty! The hotel is simply gorgeous! Penthouse with a luxurious view, room in malachite color, delicious tomorrow, the whole atmosphere is amazing

Stayed in the Toscana Piazza building on the 16th floor, the top floor. The view across the valley was very beautiful. The room was very spacious. It's long and can be said to be almost around the circle except for the elevator part. The rooms are equipped with everything. Breakfast on the day of the stay is eaten with portofino, quite a bit of food. Personally, I prefer the room and breakfast at Townsquare suites.

Toscana Piazza by Toscana Valley is an Italian-style piazza (public square) featuring a few shops. It's a charming place, especially on a good weather day. You can enjoy some Italian-style gelato (ice cream) while strolling around. There's also a nice bakery shop offering Italian-style breads and pastries, adding to the authentic Italian atmosphere.

The management of the employees is very bad. Didn't inform much information. and the immediate response of employees to control customers who make loud noises and disturb other customers. Very well done as well.

Went during New Year's, the staff provided good service, the rooms were good, suitable for traveling during the winter.

The tower is the hotel. The area around is made European style. It is free to take photos around the area.However it is very hot during day time. 33 degree Celsius. It recommended to come afternoon, but going back to Bangkok requires around 3 hours.

Amazing stay in room 17P. The views are breathtaking and we loved how the staff offer shuttle services between the different sections of Toscana Valley. We loved our stay in the leaning Tower as the room was beautiful and the staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. The driver that we had booked to take us back to Bangkok cancelled on us in the morning but the reception team were able to help us to find another driver. We were very grateful.The valley has lots to see and do. Great sport facilities and we enjoyed hiring a bike to do the bike track. We will stay again. Thank you!

The hotel is wonderful in all aspects. Its furnishings are sophisticated, its design is wonderful, clean, and new. It is enough that it is shaped like the Tower of Pisa. It is one of the hotels in the area known as Tuscany in the city of Khao Yai. Entry to it is through a private gate that includes a walled area containing a number of hotels, restaurants, cafes, and a lake. Fountains, corridors, gardens and parking lots, and there are no shops... but the area is very wonderful... The hotel breakfast is beautiful... its value is 4 stars due to the poor reception from the receptionist when we arrived and he treated us rudely! Because we are women, we wear unions! While we saw him laughing with others, the receptionist in the morning was extremely respectful and kind. Of course, I recommend staying there.
