Overall not okay.

The hotel is clean, new inside. The only complaint is that the towels don't smell good.

The air conditioner room is 350B. Is it worth the price? cheap hotel. It's quite old and shabby, but it's good enough for just staying the night. Wifi was connected at the front desk, but couldn't be used in the room...And Nukko, the poster girl, is not motivated!Right in front of you is the Ethan Gate Monument, and just inside this soi is the famous Ban Mai Chai Nam (Waterside House).

Two satisfactory nights at a very economical rate.Nights of January 15 and 16, 2020, room 306, 450 baht. The wifi on the 3rd floor is average. I tried to post photos on Google to no avail. The upload time was endless just for one photo and I gave up. Uploading photos to Google suddenly started working fine afterwards. The wifi is satisfactory otherwise. My wife was even able to use her Netflix without problem. Better to take a room on the first floor I would say to take full advantage of the wifi but nothing is sure there either. Quiet place with restaurants around. Near the Night Market and the local station to take buses to Nakhon Rachasima for example. This station is located less than 2 km away and the distance is easily covered on foot by taking the footbridge overlooking the boulevard, which is hazardous to cross on foot because the station is on the other side of this boulevard. No fridge in the room unless you pay an additional amount that I don't know. You can see the fridges lined up as you go up the stairs. There are a few television channels but exclusively in Thai. We tried using the menu to convert an American film dubbed into Thai into French and we did not succeed. There was complimentary coffee in the morning in the reception hall but that is available all day. It is a family hotel with discreet but kind staff. The language barrier is a downside but like everywhere in Asia in small hotels in places little frequented by tourists. We come to understand each other for the most part and that is very correct. The room cleaning service was offered to us in the middle of the afternoon by the maid but we only asked for two bottles of water, soap and a roll of toilet paper. She gave us two extra towels without us asking. The bedding was clean but the pillows and mattress were a little too hard as you often see in this country. The shower worked well with hot water adjustable to the desired temperature. The jet didn't have much pressure though. We are satisfied with our stay. We will add photos at some point. Overall, the price is considered acceptable. 450 baht/air conditioned room with water heater, near the flea market, near the gas station, near public parks, near 7/11, next to the road, convenient travel.
